Mantra on View Surfers Paradise

We stay here 2-3 times a year. The location is very handy. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are clean. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice. Although the room door was lacking a bit of colour and was not as good as ut should be but their service was good. The jacuzzi is also great.

I turned up late at night with no booking and was looked after by a lovely staff member called Athena! She was professional, friendly, and found me a great room at short notice. She didn't judge me or seem annoyed by my disorganisation and lack of pre-planning! I woke in the morning to a beautiful view from my balcony of the golden sands of the Gold Coast. I have stayed here several times before and keep coming back!

Very spacious waiting lounge. The room we stayed was clean and quiet. Nice view of local shops as well as beaches( partly). Walking distance to shops and public transport. Not to mention surfers paradise too.

Great location and great for value. Excellent ocean views. I love coming here for conferences.

A great location. Handy to beach, trams, restaurants and shops. Room was nice with a sea view. Service was great, room service staff were very friendly. The spas were a wee bit cold. Would stay again.

Fantastic rooms, cleaned every day. Love the balconies and the beach views. Room was standard but clean and had a bathtub! Really enjoyed my stay.

Worse hotel I've been to in Australia. Check in is 2pm. One staff, took 40 .mins before 2nd person came on to be checked in. Room was old and dated. The bed you could feel the springs.
In the morning asked for a trolley for out bags, was told come down to reception to get it. On check out no " how was your stay" just where did you park your car?
Great location, but that's it.. I've never given a bad review on a hotel before, but feel so strongly about this one. Just terrible service and rooms.

steategiy located in the center of Surfer Paradise used to be ANA hotel long time ago. Room is clean parking was easy check in was good and I was given a nice room witha view to the Pacific Coast.

18floor really awesome view day and night.
And receptionists Ms. Natalia she is very good person appreciate her service.

Just a quick note to say that the customer service was outstanding in assisting with my booking for this weekend.
In particular Liam for taking the booking & beating all booking site offers! Fantastic & also Athena for going above m beyond when seeking information on the booking, even offer a free bottle of wine. Brilliant work folks, I look forward to the stay & thumbs up for the staff for making the process so easy & friendly :)

Fantastic views and comfortable bed. Very convenient and walking distance to surfer paradise. There is only limited parking and going in to the hotel is a bit hike since you need to drag your bags in the elevator of the car park that joint to the hotel then with the stairs going to the hotel by using your key card while holding your baggage. So you juggled between your bags, key and heavy door with automatic lock (that's the only fault that I can say ) apart from that Overall experience are amazing, Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was big enough. Good breakfast buffet. Games room was nice

First time I've been to a hotel that doesn't offer slippers however so that was interesting. Haven't travelled too much since COVID but perhaps I should prepare slippers from now on. Otherwise fantastic location and service!

Decent amount of vegan options in their breakfast buffet, not too bad if you don't feel like going too far out early in the morning yet

Gym is a bit small but decent enough for a quick workout - shame the pool is no longer apart of Mantra! It looks wonderful from my room view

Location is great, rooms were good, no complaints from me. Would definitely book here again!

Greeted really well.
Parking is a bit of a weird one.
Restaurants is great for family couple or solo.
Rooms are spotless and comfortable.
No views unless you're on a higher level.

Everything about this place is great. Large pool right next to the ocean, rooms are tidy, big bathroom and balcony. Extremely cheap especially because I got three person room. I was expecting something much less for the price but it was amazing 🤩🤗 LOVE the location, near shops beautiful view of ocean and city😊Definitely Recommend 🙌

Clean rooms , friendly staff. A little outdated but I didn't pay 5 star prices, so very good for what I paid. Also, not in the main street of Cavil Avenue and in my eyes that's a good thing. No drunk and crazy people hanging out at the front doors of the place and reasonably quite.

Amazing Customer Service 👏👏 With the situation me and my friends were in, the ladies on the phone and at the front desk were so extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us in anyway possible. The rooms super clean, spacious & tidy and extremely reasonably priced! The view was amazing and super convenient location to the beach and the city centre!! Would definitely recommend & stay here again!
