This store used to be really good. There were 2 at Pacific Fair so if one store didn't have something you could always go to the other but since the one near Coles shut down, the one near Target has gone down hill. I went there today to get small canvases and there were barely any canvases there to begin with. I usually buy my art stuff there but the more I go in the less art stuff there is. I'm sadly disappointed.

My daughter went into this shop today to find some glasses for her party and was profiled and targeted by the employees. I typically love this store but will not be coming back, this is outrageous and discrimination. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Purchased balloons for a birthday party, staff told me they would keep inflated for 5-6 days. They went down overnight and I had to return the next day making my entire plans behind schedule.

Staff have no idea, will never return again and tell everyone I know. Manager is extremely patronising and rude.
