36 years of great service. Not a single occasion where i have been disappointed in service in fact on a many occasions i have been gob smacked as to the extent of care given. No matter how far i have needed to drive or how crook i felt it has always been worth the effort.Yes sometimes you need to wait a while so what i understand that the other patient in the room is getting the correct amount of care as they need and i am happy to wait my turn Doug your the man and i will be seeing ya today

Great medical centre with friendly reception team, experienced doctors and nurses. The centre is well administered. The waiting area is comfortable and the appointment times are usually observed.

Been going here for over 30 years and so have my parents.
Highly recommend this surgery and all the Doctors for good health care.
I see Dr Marcus Watson and will continue you to do so for many years to come.

Unlike the other reviewer (who, I might add has left 13 reviews on Google+ - all of them negative - possibly one of life's perpetually miserable people), I've been going to this clinic for the past 15-16 years and although you often do have to wait, I wouldn't go anywhere else. My GP, Dr Doug Spence, is one of the kindest. caring and most thorough GPs I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. Yes, you may have to wait a little while to see these doctors, but that's because they actually CARE - a real dying art in this day and age of everyone wanting to be everywhere yesterday and all a lot of doctors worry about is the money they are making.

My suggestion? If you regularly see a GP here (as I do monthly), if possible, make your appointment in advance and the first appointment of the day (around 8:00 am). That way you don't have to wait and/or make it a littte later (before 9:00 am). Contrary to the perception of so many people, the world does NOT revolve around them (um... ego check anyone?) - sometimes we have to wait and personally I'll wait to see a GOOD doctor. I wouldn't go anywhere else - these doctors are the best in Melton.

Great medical centre with axceptional facilities and friendly staff.
First time patient I was seen by a new doctor, Dr Mahrouf Muhammed and found him to be very caring, thorough in his examination and extremely professional.

Great Medical Centre,great doctors & great care.
First went there 30 years ago and wouldn't consider going anywhere else even though I have to travel a bit.
We were very lucky to have found this gem.

Where medical centres now feel like McDonalds drive thrus Station medical feels like an old style clinic. Warm and professional reception staff and the first time a doctor has treated me as a person not just a symptom.

The doctors are all very good, patient and very understanding. They are the best in the area. Been going there for over 25 years and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Nurses really kind and helpful. I always go for blood tests, really great.
