Coles Melton South (Station Square)

I’m giving this a 5 since I can’t give it a 7 and many thanks to the store manager and his generosity for going out of his way to help me find something while he was busy. Thank you Cole’s for your support and service.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Meldonna for her exceptional assistance at the self-checkout. I encountered some difficulties with a product not scanning, and Meldonna promptly noticed and came to my aid. Furthermore, when the machine ran out of paper for the receipt, Meldonna was quick to observe and assist once again. This outstanding service occurred at register 121 on 15/01/24 at 4:05 PM, making my shopping experience truly exceptional. Thank you for ensuring that my visit was a positive and enjoyable one!

The staff at the self-checkout is well-trained and helpful.
I had had a good shopping experience so far.
This is my favorite store in the western suburbs. Liquorland is available next door.
Convenient and close to Melton train station.

Its a comparatively new coles. Opened few years back. Good stocks always. Best thing of this coles is, it has halal meats, sausage etc.

Looks huge, well laid out and modern. It is not my local store but would love to see Coles roll this out in all stores.

A full size Coles, well laid out with very wide aisles. Nice staff on checkout. Couldn't see a 12 items or less sign.

First time in this store. I found it well set-out and very clean and bright. Not knowing where particular items could be found. Being in a hurry to return home and cook. I asked staff member for assistance and she promptly did so courteously.

Surprised there's been no car accidents in here

This Coles is quite large and has a very good array of products. Specials are good and staff are very friendly.
Deli staff are always honest and tell you when the products were opened.
Security guards are always greeting the customers when they walk into the shop.
I regularly do my grocery shopping here and I’m always happy

The Coles Birthday Rainbow 🌈 cake 🎂 was really yummy , it's a last minute plan to buy a Birthday cake from outside .So I got this cake from Coles for 17 $ , it really worth it. I made that cake writing with Nutella and some of my simple decorations 😋 This simple cake made our Day Beautiful 😍 Celebration Mode on ..🥳

Cole's Melton is well stuffed , organized & with well trained staff . Very useful to complete requirements under one shed

The store presentation is on point, big aisles, friendly staff, fresh food in the bakery. I normally don't go out of my way to make reviews but yeah it was outstanding.

I just wanted to praise one of the cashiers here that probably doesn't get the kudos they deserve.

Josh has served me several times as has many of the cashiers here. He is a standout.

Always friendly regardless of how busy and stressful his day is going.

There is a few good cashiers here but Josh is the best.
