Most impressed with recent customer service and result of jacket clean. I received a call to say they required another day to re-clean due to some stubborn marks, and despite the extra work I was not charged any extra, and the price was most reasonable. I really appreciated the call and my special coat was returned looking spotless. I have used their service for years, and they are always exceptional.

Given this place 3 goes. 3 stuff-ups are enough. Pulled threads, holes in jumpers, didn't get smoke smell out of curtains. Excuses all round. Nah.

Took new suit for cleaning. Came out for looking terrible. Very poorly pressed, shiny heat marks on the fabric from over-pressing the buttons. Disgraceful. Should not be in business.
