Delicious food and excellent service and hospitality. My partner ordered a mock tail and our little one got excited looking at the strawberry and they served us with some strawberries for our little one !

Have been coming here for months now and have always ordered the butter chicken, lamb biryani and garlic naan.

Last week, in our mission to try every dish on their vegetarian menu we decided to order 1 vegetarian dish to go with our lamb biryani and garlic naan.
The vegetarian dish came out a little dry with not so much sauce. The waitress told us we needed to tell them if we wanted the sauce abit more runny. We have always loved the butter chicken from Priya and wanted a vegetarian dish close to it. The waitress named Archana picked up on this and gave us a plate of our favourite butter chicken sauce. Thank you Archana for providing us with above and beyond customer service.

Another long review, let’s go and don’t tell me I’m giving out 5 ⭐ to everyone, read the whole review coz good deeds deserve 5 stars.

It’s a (kinda) fine dining experience. Why kinda you ask? Let me explain. The decor and atmosphere is definitely fine dining and the staff has been trained well; to smile, act in a professional manner and take care of your needs. They change plates between courses and tables are always set up when you arrive nice and fancy. But couple of things that stood out making it not so fine dining, and those were the fine details (no pun intended). So the cutlery is all the same, they don’t have entrees, main and dessert cutleries and I’m not saying they don’t change them, I’m saying it’s all genetic and same sized ones. Also they forgot to give us spoons for rice, we ate with forks and knives only. Not complaining, the prices are reasonable and I’d rather pay reasonable price for a good dining experience than outrageous price for a so called “fine dining” experience. Let’s get on with the review shall we…

Food:
I’ve been here couple of times already, and I drove all the way from Southbank, so that should tell you something. The food is always great and perfectly hits the spot. The spices are not overpowering and each dish has a unique flavour. It’s not a one sauce for all dishes kinda joint. Cooked well, presented nicely and given to you warm and fresh. Kudos to the chef

Staff:
The staff here are trained well and very friendly. They take good care of their patrons and strive to give us an exceptional experience. They are helpful in explaining the dishes and even making recommendations. Also to note they ask the right questions like how would you like me to bring out the food, all together or entree and mains separate? These small details make a big difference

Ambiance:
Very beautiful and welcoming. Love the decor, designs and art work on the wall. Also I should mention the place is very clean! Like very clean and that’s always appreciated.

Story time: There was this lovely staff member at the counter on 26/08/2023 with the most wonderful smile and perfect customer service. My friend forgot her bag inside when we left and they found it a few minutes later, by then we were a few blocks away from the shop already. So what did this staff do? Usually when this happens a normal business would keep it in the list and found section and wait for us to come back. But no, not here. The staff RAN to us, not walk she came to us running to return the bag. And did I mention we were outside and walked for a couple of minutes already? Now that is what I call going over and above for their customers. Lovely lady, you are a local hero in my books!

We had dinner last night at Priya Indian Restaurant and the experience was great . The food was incredibly delicious. They are rich Indian authentic flavour and aromatic spices specifically chosen for every dish took us back to try other dishes. I highly recommend tandoori mushrooms. Moreover the service impeccable. The girl name Rachna is unmatchable energy and fully attentive .Thanks for your care. The interior is wonderful. Overall it’s amazing experience.👌😄

Last night I enjoyed my time with my husband at Priya Indian Cuisine. Great Ambience covered by Indian tradition. The staff were cool and lucky we got table without reservation. Looks like busiest restaurant where you can see all diverse group of people for a dinner night. Finally, the food is amazing. We tried 3 chicken starters and a Priya special biryani, very tasty and nice spicy flavours! Loved it. Main attraction is the New Waiter Robot. It's so cool. Indian Restaurants like Priya are not backing off giving a thrilling experience to the diners. Good on them and keep doing what you are doing and make the diners night a wonderful experience. Last but not least do not leave the table with a desert Brownie with vanilla chocolate 😋😋 See you soon Priya 😍

Great food and atmosphere. Restaurant was buzzing it was Saturday night. A lot of families enjoying food. Varun the host very friendly and made recommendations on food items. Nice tasting food as well.

Beautiful place with an excellent vibe. A great choice for in-laws date out😉. The service of the staff is excellent. Thanks to Archna who is extremely excellent in her work with full of positive vibes and beautiful smile and gave us a great service. All the dishes we ordered were mouthwatering and we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner.

We really loved dinning at Priya Restaurant. I am coming to priya for a long time with my parents. Yesterday, we went for dinner. First of all We missed Varun (manager) as he is always there and knows what we need. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavours and cooked to perfection . Highly recommend Butter chicken .

Being Valentines Day, I called up at the last minute to book a table and Bali, the manager, was able to squeeze us in for dinner. We are regular customers and he made sure we had a table. Being served by a lovely lady named Parneet, she has a beautiful smile and gave excellent service. Our food was delivered very quickly and was absolutely sensational once again. Never fails to disappoint at Priya Caroline Springs. Highly recommend 👌

Priya restaurant is our go to place when we want a satisfying meal. Going to Priya restaurant since it’s opened in CS and each time had a satisfying experience. The hospitality is next level. Kudos to Varun and team for the delightful experience every time. 5-star all the way in each department.

Went to priya today and accidentally burned our hand on the sizzler and the lady managing went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. The customer service was terrific and she was such a lovely person. Please tell her a big thank you for her customer service!!!!

Authentic Indian cuisine.
We had different types of naan, vegetable korma and a chicken curry. It all tasted good and well worth the amount.

Visited Priya for the second time this month, despite Manager Varen’s absence our dining experience was great. Sakhmet, one of the staff members provided exceptional service, from a warm welcome to expert menu guidance, we were ensured a seamless experience. The food came in no time which was flavourful and fresh, specially the chef special Rampura dish showcasing the chef’s experience and restaurant's commitment to excellence. Our family left satisfied, eager to return for more. 👍🏼

one word. WOW…… the resturant as soon as you step in you know its going to be good. From the little things like clean staff uniform, warm plates individually layed out to you as you dine. hand gloves and hair nets worn when food is handled. Its this that sets the standard I have to give props to management. Now. the food. Delicious and not over priced. i have nothing to fault. I hope this review convinces you to dine

The food was very delicious. We ordered chilly paneer , dal makhnee with Garlic Naan . Everything was very fresh and tasty being loaded with variety of masala . We will sure visit the place again we live 70 km far from this place

We had small get together for my partner’s birthday celebration recently at priya indian cuisine Caroline and thoroughly happy from the day making the enquiry till the final service, food was superb our guests went home happy with full belly. I would like to also thank the restaurant’s manager Mr. Varun he was very helpful and very accommodating. All staff members were actively taking care of all the customers.We will definitely recommend our friends and family for any future small celebration. Once again special thanks to Varun.
