Went into coles Caroline springs Wednesday night and was served by a lovely girl named Layla in the deli Her customer service was outstanding. She was so polite and made my shopping experience a pleasure. There should be more team members like her.

Ahh, my favourite Coles. I often debate whether I should come here, or go to safeway up the way, but I usually go here.
I am particularly fond of their online store. They have certainly upped their game over the years. The produce is usually fresh - as in the past this was often not the case. But this is seldom a concern any longer.
Furthermore, it is rare that items are missed. They are particularly good at providing appropriate replacement of an item that is not in stock.
If I do have any concerns or complaints, I've found these to be easily resolved.
Thank you, friendly neighbourhood Coles. Keep up the spectacular work and I hope to deal with you again very soon.
Actually, I think I need cat food and Pepsi Max. Maybe I'll put in an order now... Hmm!

And also a good range of frozen stuff
Even clearance section got good varieties of products so happy to shop here all the time though I have other coles which is local to me

Caroline springs have development so much til 2016 coming back 2024 had so many place and shop opening and bus service

Oh, amazing customer experience..I went there on Tuesday morning (17/02/3023) before eight and I asked for a staff assisted checkout.. the lady staff reminded me, there would not be an assisted checkout.
Furthermore, she showed me how to use the self checkout, which I told her gently that I already knew how to use it.

I was stuck few times, struggling to find the items and asked for her help.

She did help me with the smile .

Today was wet but inside CW Square it was comfortably warm and very easy to navigate through the aisles in the Food markets. A pleasant experience.

Very good store it has many products for everyone, staff is helpful and friendly sometimes hard to find parking but if you drive around for few minutes you will get one for sure over all I am happy to shop there
