Back In Motion Kingston

I attended Back in Motion recovering from a fractured ankle and some associated issues. An important issue for me was to obtain professional guidance on when and to what extent I could safely return to my normal exercise regie. Kyle did a thoroughly professional assessment and initial treatment enabling me to confidently move forward with a much better understanding of the nature of the various issues and appropriate direction with regard to therapy.
I also appreciated the follow-up call the next day and the pleasant, efficiency at reception.

After having a bad experience with a different physiotherapist company I switched to Back in Motion in Kingston. It was the BEST decision ever! The practice is highly professional with lovely empathetic staff (all of them including the receptionists and Practice Manager). I can't recommend Kyle as a physiotherapist highly enough. I had severe lower back pain and went from barely able to walk to completely healed within 4 months. His approach is not only to help you recover from injury but also to build strength to prevent it reoccuring. The gym program supervised by a physio in the practice and the home program developed by Kyle were amazing and I continue to grow stronger every day! Highly recommend Back In Motion!

Physios have shown a wealth of knowledge with both my shoulder and knee injuries. They have provided me with clear plans on how to manage and strengthen my injuries at home. The services have helped me gain confidence in these injury areas and get back to full health sooner.

At the start she predicted (quite accurately as it turned out) how long treatment might take and I had a strong sense that there was a clear strategy behind the sequence of appointments. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

The practice has always been welcoming; the apparatus they suggested I buy has seemed reasonably priced, and the facilities are first class. Overall it has been a thoroughly good experience.

I have attended Back in Motion at Kingston since it opened. I have found service from reception staff and the physiotherapists to be very professional and caring. I have always been able to get available appointments when I have needed therapy. Times of appointments have been flexible . The follow up service through emails and phone calls has always been very good and the care I have received has always been excellent .

needed help to get mobility in joints and strength back. Started one on one with Kyle (my choice as I was unsure about going into a class situation) who was terrific and clearly understood my goals and how to get me there. Was then able to easily progress to the classes, which due to the restriction of how many people in the class, still felt like one on one sessions.i now have the mobility to get through my day to day life. Could not speak more highly of the team at Kingston.

Jess and the team have been supportive and encouraging throughout 16 months of physiotherapy sessions after fracturing my patella. I could not rate Back in Motion (Kingston) highly enough for their professionalism, empathy and listening skills when it came to challenges faced through out my recovery.

I have been a client of BIM Kingston over 12 months and have had physio, massages and Pilates classes at the advice of my specialist. I have balance problems and issues with my joints, as well as continence problems. Since my attendance at BIM I have not had any painful falls, continence has improved and I walk more confidently and I know what to do when my joints are painful. The staff are amazing, professional and supportive. I am so happy to have found BIM the difference the staff have made to my health and wellbeing are incredible. Happy to recommend to anybody who wants to improve their physical wellbeing.
