The service at this EB store is always exceptional irrespective of the staff who are working there. The quality of customer service is exceptional. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a customer leaves the store happy.

Overpriced like all EB stores, but they've got good price matching so that's not an issue. Super friendly staff and great customer service, best game's shop for miles.

The workers are great mannered. I really wanted a game but the game was sold out at my store so one of their workers went to the closest store with the game in her own time to buy it, and bring it to this store store. Thank you
