I have approached Nalin Silva after seeing his advertisement on social media charging a reasonable commission fee for renting out my house.
Communication was top notch from Nalin and he was very approachable.

Nalin introduced me to Floyd and they both worked really hard on getting the right tenanat.

Had a great experience working with Floyd and Nalin from Netrent. Communication was 100% and available to speak to you anytime. My rental property was advertised on Monday and tenets moved in by Friday. I’m very happy that I have chosen Netrent to manage my property.

Good old fashioned service and an approachable and understanding property management team are essential for any new business starting up and trying to establish themselves. The guys at Netrent managed my very first lease and kept me informed throughout the whole process for the duration of my 5 years with them.
