Simply Exceptional!!

The Bank Manager Ana was extremely helpful and friendly and above all, competent. The other teller although was not directly involved with my banking enquiry was also friendly and welcoming.Even though this particular branch is 30 minutes from my home I will have absolutely nil hesitation in driving there in the future for any banking needs.

Sending out a huge thank you shout out the the 3 ladies that helped me out this afternoon. Dropped in with minutes to spare before closing, unintentionally but was having trouble finding a branch in the city. All 3 were patient and friendly. My only negative is that these 3 ladies didn’t have the tools to make their job easier. Hey Westpac hierarchy, if you insist on closing the big branches down and expect the smaller country branches to carry the load then at least provide them with the tools they need to complete their jobs easily and effectively.

This bank will not accept legal tender as a deposit. I.e. Will not take change to be deposited into an account.
As with most banks these days it's usually grossly understaffed (one teller open at a time). It's a shame as my business has banked with then for over 20 years and I've had loans with them on my previous two properties.
Not any more, thanks for nothing westpac.
