Dr James Cheng is awesome. Was very nervous for my first trip to the dentist in a while and the office staff made me feel right at home and at ease.

Got in for an emergency extraction first and Dr Cheng was gentle and swift. Second appointment he fixed up my main concern and was friendly and put me at ease. The hygienist was on the ball and super accommodating.

Looking forward to working with the team at Pacific Smiles North Lakes and getting back into the swing of regular dentist appointments.

I’ve been seeing Dr Jennifer Tran at Northlakes and she is super lovely, friendly and always makes me feel relaxed when I go there. I have only ever needed a scale and clean but she is gentle and kind and I always rebook with her every 6 months.

Very good dental clinic with excellent staff & expert dentists. They are all very friendly and accomodating and really knows what they are doing. I have seen Dr. Diny and Dr. Rizvi. Both of them are excellent. Very caring and always thinking and doing what is best for the patient. Very happy to have them as my Dentist :)

The dental clinic is conveniently located near the mall therefore parking is not a problem. So far I had good experiences with their dentists. They are all very professional. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Excellent care and support with all 4 dentists that I have seen here at North Lakes in the last 18 months, saw Dr Joseph yesterday who was so kind and patient , also a bit thank you to Dr Sam, Dr Matt and Dr Ollie for being such great dentists and providing excellent professional dental care

Quick, easy and accommodating. Appointment was running early which worked out great, no waiting time Dr Mark was great really kind, nice and got the job done. Would recommend if you are with AHM as it’s a participating pacific smiles no gap dentist clinic.

Among the hospitals I have been to so far, everyone is a kind hospital, and the doctor and nurse in charge are also kind and detailed so that they don't scare the child, and they always compliment him, so he is going well without being afraid of the dentist. I am so grateful that there is a good dentist near my house. Also, it is so nice to have a Korean doctor. Doctors usually went somewhere else after a year or two, so I always felt uncomfortable, but I'm so glad and happy that the dentist doesn't seem to be like that. It would be nice to be there all the time.

I gotta recommend Pacific Smiles at North Lakes. Amazing Dentists. I went to see Dr Jennifer Tran and I have extreme anxiety. She put my mind at ease and made it so so simple. I would recommend her to anyone who hasn't been to the dentist in a very very long time. I now go every 6 months after a 15 year gap lol. That's how good she is. Do recommend

Dr. Cumberbatch is super friendly and incredibly great at what he does. He goes above and beyond, constantly checks in with you when doing the job, and also helps with educating his dental assistance along the way, which shows great knowledge, care, and leadership in what he does.

The whole staff are friendly and welcoming.

I remember coming here years ago, and having a very pleasant time. I enjoyed the decor while waiting, and the large horizontal couch is both aesthetically pleasing and convenient for waiting. I really enjoyed seeing the same doctor for a few years, the people who worked on my teeth were really sweet. Please come here if you have a tooth you need to clean or something more serious ♡ :)

Matt is the perfect dentist for kids & adults. He is as good with my son as he is with my husband!

Great service. Got my tooth pulled out yesterday, had an emergency appt. Reception are wonderful and the Dr I had gave me reassurance as I was so nervous about needle and thought of tooth getting pulled but she was great and funny to.

All staff are always lovely - from when you enter reception, to the dental nurses and dentists. Non judgmental, caring and informative. I would recommend this dental surgery to others in a heartbeat, in particular I've found Dr Rizvi Mahamud to be outstanding
