Great service and food, nice toilet stop

Lovely generous attitude for an early morning coffee and raisin toast

Kai was an absolute delight in drive-through! He was friendly and chirpy and made me smile with his warmth. And the coffee was hot and delicious! Both team members we interacted with were delightful and happy. Keep up the good work guys!

Best Maccas experience I’ve had in awhile!! Food was all hot, fresh and not just slapped together. The chips were almost too hot to touch (Which was fantastic and I think a very rare thing these days) and the service was super fast and friendly. Well worth ducking off the main highway for!

Great food and quick service. The good thing is it tastes the same at every Macca's so you know what to expect. A good place to stop on your road trip.

LOVE maccas great place to eat

I never write reviews but I feel like this place needs one.
The staff are absolutely amazing, their kind, friendly and just so nice.Not once have I went to this maccas and had a bad experience, the food is also cooked fresh which says a lot.

I didn't go there but I once had a McMuffin for breakfast and it was pretty good.

The young guy on Drive-through was just so happy to greet you. So nice to have some enthusiasm in a young person.

They have really nice staff and im so into cones at maccas. They also know how to do the cones well. Cant complain at the price of .75c.
Worth stopping in.

Therr aren't my Mac branches the serves grilled chicken burger of wrap when you order in Australua. My experience is there is less than 30% chance of getting grilled chicken but I am served with fried or crisp chicken instead. This place is the only place the hit rate of getting grilled chicken almost 80%!. Well done! Other service is excellent!.

Ordered a chicken aioli wrap with ‘as much chicken as they could get in there’ and what I got surely would have weighed almost a kilo and was thicker than any burrito I’ve ever seen or eaten- 10/10

Great Maccas. The lady who served us was fantastic. Excellent people skills and so polite. We always go to this Mcdonalds when in Kempsey.

A special Thankyou to the cleaner at McDonalds kempsey .
My 18 month old was sick all over the chair and tables.
Without any hesitation he comes over to the table and Clean up my son's mess ( even though I offered to do it for him)
He was polite and kind and very understanding . This cleaner made a yucky situation not a big deal .
We thanked him a number of times and apologized for all the mess .

Good good. Was not too oily and seemed like it was freshly prepared. Wqs here for breakfast and really enjoyed it. I think maccas have stepped up their game
