The guy that works nights there is very polite, food was hot way better then port McDonald's

A tall, lanky nonce by the name of Abel got my order of Fillet O Fish wrong. 🤬

Our family has made a number of stops at roadside McDonalds on our recent vacation and we just wanted to give a big thumbs up to the Kempsey store on Pacific Hwy. We really appreciated how clean all areas of the restaurant were, and also the mature aged staff who served customers with a smile.

Stopped for breakfast 3 times in the past few months. Food is always super hot and fresh. Managers get in and help. As as ex McDonald’s employee I appreciate this store very much.

Honestly the lady that served me was so kind, it's currently 2am and I have never received such great service

The girl working on drive through at 10:30am on 29th July 2022 was the biggest sweetheart and definitely deserves a pay rise! The man and lady handing at food at the second window were amazing and made sure my order was correct! Best customer service from a maccas I’ve ever gotten!

First Mcdonalds that I am giving a rating, I was so positively surprised, service was very friendly, inside area super modern and most importantly the food was warm and freshly made, which was rarely the case for all other McDonald's I have been so far.

Food is not healthy but rest good 😊😊

Ample car parking here, given that they cater for the highway traffic.

First order my burger was a little soggy, but! They did replace it quite happily I must say! And we're so nice about it 😁 great customer service! For that 5 stars ♥

Great customer survive. I wanted the display adventure time toys in the display cabinet as they are not being given in happy meals any more. The manager took time out on a busy arvo to help me out. Thanks to that I have the whole set!

The night time crew is amazing, outstanding and any other positive things you can add in here, it is a pleasure stopping here and is the best coffee. almost no wait times. great customer service skills.

Travelling to Sydney from Sunshine Coast. Stopped for breakie and was taken care of by James and Caydin, 2 outstanding young men with a view to exceptional customer service. Not only that, but their attention to detail and overall friendliness was welcoming to a couple of out of towners.

Hands down the friendliest drive through workers I have ever come across. The girls at both windows were so friendly.

Perfect place to stop on the way south. Good highway access. Good parking. Clean amenities. Variety of food options. Good coffee!
