BIG W Kempsey

I had a great shopping experience and got exactly what was needed. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Had to return 1 item that didn't fit and got a no hassle refund. Will definitely be shopping here again.

This was what you would expect from a big chain store. Plenty of parking and good service. The store is laid out well and the aisles are spacious. There were plenty of things on sale too. We had some film developed and they did a great job and the guy who served us was super friendly. There is good security at the store and the staff were efficient and friendly

Thankyou to Carolyn for always going above and beyond but especially yesterday. Carolyn helped take my lay-by to the front so I didn't have to walk all the way back down to lay-by with my babies. She is always friendly and willing to give you a hand when needed. That lady is amazing!

Big W in kempsey is a very big shop and the staff are very nice and helpful..It's just a shop by itself.

I recently purchased a Bluetooth speaker and the sales lad was one of the most knowledgeable and courteous people I have ever met. I have previously bought other items from him and found him exactly the same - HE is the reason I shop for electrical items in Big W. Obviously a person who loves his job but unfortunately he'll be offered more money and be poached by rivals. Big W is extremely fortunate to have someone of this calibre, offer him a pay rise to ensure his qualities remain.

They had what a wanted, got it ,looked around on the way to the cashier and brought other goods thinking I wanted them. So I got them also well done Big W.
