Absolutely love this store..
I love the friendly service I receive,
Most of all I appreciate that the volunteers donate their time so such an amazing service and raising funds for those that are in their darkest moments, and giving them someone to talk too

Big store, friendly staff, great prices for a good range of clothing and accessories, linen, bric-a-brac, furniture, plus more. Usually plenty of parking in the same street.

Can't award 5 stars because a DVD I purchased was missing the disk. The case was sealed with sticky tape and I was told this was done to stop the disks from being 'lifted'. I accepted this but still should have checked. Will do so next time!

Sadly it's very overpriced compared to other op shops I've visited. Balls of Wool priced just $1 less than buying new, clothes with tags for $30, there's cheaper brand new clothes at kmart. A stained skirt for $7. I thought op shops are meant to help the community who can't afford full price and should price according to the quality offered (especially if it's a stained item).

Extremely expensive. For a charity organisation it is deplorable to have prices where the average person can not afford. $50 for shoes.
No charity aspect to the shop, the disadvantaged person would not be able to even afford a book

Jill who used to manage the store is disgusting disgraceful and discriminates against people with disabilities. She said I swore at her in the store In February 2020 which was defamatory. She in 2017 asked me, is that all you do is walk the streets of Kempsey everyday? The shop is to overly expensive and needs to be cheaper.

In my experience the items are over priced and sometimes staff can be quite rude and judgemental. The quality of the items are great and a wide variety. A kids BigW top at lifeline might cost you $4-5 and you could purchase it brand new on the clearance at bigw for the same or less. Some dresses second hand are $25 just because they are branded. Overall it’s a pretty good second hand shop.

The fact they are selling clothes that they got for free for $50-$125 is messed up. Op shop are supposed to be for the less fortunate.
