Red Beetle Café

I’m a harsh food critic however I can’t fault this place. The food was absolutely beautiful and each meal was made to perfection. All four of us got something different and the portion size was great, as well as the food itself (eg the salmon toast had a large portion of salmon ratio!) We all polished off our plates and agreed to definitely come back. Our server was kind and very smiley and the chefs are very talented. As an overall score from us all it is a 9/10!

Ordered the big breakfast and gotta say was absolutely amazing. Do yourself a favour and try these guys as they’re the best going around !

This cute little cafe in the corner with its humble exterior can really surprise you with their amazing food. Very tasty and such a good variety of food, some that I haven't seen elsewhere.
Will definitely be back for more!

We booked brunch for a group of 9. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dishes. Some of us had to modify our order due to dietary requirements, they were very accommodating, no issues at all. Thank you!

Breakfast hit the spot!! Good quantity for the price and quality of food is just amazing. Good place for kids as well! Friendly staff and they do ensure dietary requirements are heard and adhered to!! Recomment this place if you are a localite or just traveling by. Coffee and Hot choc eas yumm yumm!!

Ordered on doordash and I was not expecting much but all I wanted was a nice homecooked brekky. First time I have ever had eggs Benedict, all the flavours were so yummy together. This place is delicious, they took the care to make sure my food was secure and would stay warm. My 3 year old daughter even enjoyed her first taste of a poached egg, and she is extremely fussy. She really loved her sourdough toastie also. Thank you so much guys. I've haven't been into your Cafe before, but I have a feeling I'll be visiting with my daughter very soon. 😊

The food taste great and they made my coffee just the way I like it. Was seated straight away and very accommodating staff. We’re from Melton but will definitely come back to Red Beetle Cafe.

Hands down the best eggs benedict I've had in a while, the home made hollandaise sauce was amazing. The coffee & food came out right after each other, freshly made & amazing presentation on the plate. The staff were friendly, and very attentive, will definitely dine there again, as well recommend them to family & friends. Thank you for today

Really good food and amazing service by a young guy who was so pleasant and made our breakfast very enjoyable he made sure our food was ok and ensured we didn’t need anything else. Will definitely return for breakfast or brunch.

Always wanted to try this place but it’s usually busy, thought I’d give it a try during isolation. Ordered over the phone, the guy who took my order was very helpful. My chai latte was lovely, one of the nicest I’ve had. Got the smashed avo with poached eggs, they were perfectly cooked and the serving was generous, especially with the avocado!! Really made a good start to my day :)

Nice lunch, had salmon bagal and a one of our table had the garlic muchrooms. Give it a go.

We often use Red Beetle for our office catering, the food is always impressive with our clients often asking where it is from to use themselves, Catherine is always happy to help us out even on short notice at times, the team at red beetle are fantastic. I have enjoyed taking my wife and kids to red beetle for breakfast and lunches over the holidays. We always feel welcome, the kids really enjoy the waitresses having a laugh with them. The food and the service at red beetle never disappoints and we love supporting small local business. See you guys Monday morning for my usual coffee. Cheers!

Best coffee in the West. Food's good. Has a welcoming, warm vibe. Always seems busy.
Not sure about the guy complaining that the chef didn't use gloves while handling salmon. We trust their hands are clean. They're professional chefs, not cashiers at Sushi Sushi.

Freshly squeezed juice - “Beetle juice” was delicious.
I especially liked that it had a good ginger kick.
And the Flourless Orange cake was so good also!
Will definitely be back to try breakfast here.

Been here in total about 15 times over a number of years, so not a lot, but spaced out enough to give me a fair feel of the place over a longer term. Every time I’ve been here the food has been fantastic, the coffee is fantastic and the service is fantastic. Every time. Never an issue and I have to add also that most times I’ve been here it’s been close to full, but still no delays in getting my food or coffee.

Yuuummmy eggs benedict, decent size with the best hollandaise sauce! Could do with actual salmon steaks instead of shaved but add in spinach and mushrooms and that's the plate right there! Plus great and fast service from the front ladies! Enjoooy!
