I'd just been home after open heart surgery and needed to pay 5 imed bills. I filled in one form and the lovely staff fixed the entire lot, while I sat. I'm very grateful (other than that he $750 bill)!

In 2 words Courteous. Professional. I came in the middle of the day, was here no more that 15mins max, people at the counter and the representative that took me through for x-ray where freindly and professional.

The receptionist that served me was incredibly rude. Sad to see given most people attending this service are already feeling vulnerable and overwhelmed. A little care and consideration goes a long way. Lady with short grey hair at reception (I note others have had a similiar experience). The lady that actually completed my medical care was amazing however and had a very caring and compassionate manner. Aside from the rude receptionist everything else was A+

The experience at the clinic was good. Just I had to wait 4 months (including multiple phones) for the medicare rebate to come through as a result of would seem to be just a simple clerical error.

Waited 40 minutes with an anxious 6-year old only to be told to visit the Lenah Valley location instead.

Apparently they had been trying to contact the referring doctor to confirm something, but if we’d been told there was any concern/question we could have just gone straight there. Now we’re out of time and will have to miss a school day instead.

Generally I find leaving negative feedback pointless but maybe I need to this time. I’m time poor and tried a couple of times to book online, uploaded the referral and received a text message saying that I’d receive an email to confirm the request had been received. I’m hoping its just a glitch but really need to offer this feedback as not everyone has time to ring in an appointment during the day.

I got an Ultrasound on the 6th It's been 15 days, I was assured I'd be hearing back after the Easter Holiday, My Doctor called on the 19th and I still haven't heard anything.

Horrible experience!!!
After almost one month my Dr didn’t receive the results, I went there to asking and they said that he will receive in 3 business days yet, they don’t give any attention to solve the problem. And it cost more than double comparing other providers.

Receptionist rudely insisted on me leaving the area even though I am my mum's carer. I called and complained and I was told she did the wrong thing and to wait for her to come out and apologise. Still waiting...... meanwhile my mum was so distressed when she came out without anyone to support her. The receptionist is an older lady woth short grey hair....you know who you are. NO STARS.
