Great service from Denis every time. We’ve had a few things go wrong with our plumbing lately, from plumbing updates required by council to water leaks. Denis has always been amazing, very responsive with great advice and friendly service. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Denis for any plumbing services, we wouldn’t use any one else.

I rang Denis regarding installation of a new HWS when our old one broke down. I asked for advice about what type of replacement unit to get and he took the time to explain the differences and help me work out what would suit our needs, without pushing me towards a more expensive unit. He arrived promptly the next morning and worked diligently to get the job done with no fuss. Denis is friendly, polite and very easy to talk with. He removed our old unit from site and left the area tidy. The Invoiced amount was exactly what he'd quoted, no extra hidden cost. I don't normally give reviews, but I would highly recommend Qld Hot Water & Plumbing.

Rang Dennis when we had no hot water, he came out the same day and diagnosed the problem, next day he replaced our hot water system!
He was very friendly and professional explaining what the problems were and what the best solutions to fix it.

So glad we got onto Denis, he’s done quite a few jobs for us now and we’ll definitely use him for more in the future. We’ve had a range of things inc a new hot water system, toilet removal and installation, new laundry plumbing and some other odd jobs. Excellent service from Denis who provided a professional and efficient solution to the relocation and replacement of a large boiler. He is a pleasure to deal with, pleasant efficient and considerate. Our job was completed quickly and our hot water was back on stream in no time. A great job, well done and we look forward to further business as we continue with the renovations.

We had Denis install 6+ downpipes to our house as there were only 2 x existing so it was in desperate need of more. We used QLD Hot Water and Plumbing to replace our old broken hot water system with a new continuous flow gas hot water system. Denis responded straight away to our call over Christmas, listened to our needs and was very helpful in explaining our options. He was prompt, professional and did a very neat install - we are really happy with the result and would recommend his services to anyone.

We had a busted hot water system and Denis advised us of the correct course of action. He quickly attended when available and gave us a quote; by the next day he, Reece and Mick (plumbers and electricians) had fixed our hot water system issue. Reece went above and beyond to relocate our indoor system to outside despite many roadblocks and Mick also went above and beyond to help us with the electrical side. Nothing is a problem for Denis....any correspondence we have had with him has been amazing; cheery, quick response and couldn’t have hoped for better. Highly recommended

Dennis was the first to respond to my request for a Quote to attend to a failing water heater. He was prompt and courteous and provided a quote when he said he would which was accepted. He then arranged a convenient time to fit a new water heater and arrived promptly to complete the work. Dennis is polite and professional and a nice guy. Job was completed and we are very happy with his work. We will be contacting Dennis again in the future for some planned bathroom reno work. Local on the Sunnie Coast and very professional. We had our gas hot water die over the Easter long weekend and called Dennis first thing the next business day. He was there within 2 hours, explained the problem, gave us options and after giving the go ahead installed a new system. He was extremely punctual, professional and provided exceptional service.
