I have taken two children over a span of 10 years to baby2kids for shoes, clothes, toys, car seats and prams. Our family has always been treated with such kindness and Trish is an absolute wealth of knowledge.

Great stuff but a bit pricey sometimes

Worst service I’ve ever experienced, I was served by a sexist male, he was extremely rude, after I hung up the phone to the shop he then called back abusing me, with my partner listening to the whole thing. With not many baby shops in Hobart it’s sad this shop is shocking! I’d rather drive to baby bunting or mother goose or go without. I will not ever support this business. Don’t waste your money here! There’s others (not many) that are family run and deserve your money!!

I concur with other comments regarding the service when trying to reason regarding a refund. They wouldn’t listen to what I had to say or finish my sentence before being cut off which was with a raised voice. For whom I believe were the owners of the business they were yelling and getting quite personal. Very unprofessional service and wouldn’t recommend or shop there in the future.

This is worst experience I ever had in my life! If you cannot be respectful and polite to your customers, then you should not consider opening a shop in your life! At least explain to me properly why you cannot refund a product which I have only bought 15 minutes ago??I will complain about this and your shop sells EXTREMELY OVERPRICED items! RIP OFF!

Had a bad experience at Baby2kids. Their complimentary car seat installation wasnt amazing, it needed fixing by another installer to make more secure, then they refused to refund a product that wasnt fit for purpose. I found them to be agressive, defensive and would not bring up the issue with the product supplier. They showed a blatant disregard for consumer law which was disappointing, but other than going to small claims court (which would be costly and stressful for everybody) I had to wear the cost of the product that didnt work. They have lost my custom.
