The customer service that l received from the sales team at. Kingston was truly unbelievable they were just so extremely helpful and absolutely nothing was to much trouble.
I wanted a number of items and they gave me a great deal.
But it didn't stop there when my purchasers where delivered the 2 gentlemen where just that they did everything for me and made sure all the goods where exactly how I wanted them and 2 weeks later I went to the Rosny store and experience the exact same service l couldn't recommend this store any more highly well done guy's you have got me coming back no problems 😊

Electric World Betta Rosny Park were very responsive and friendly to my urgent request for a fridge and organised the delivery on the day I requested and the delivery men were very careful with the fridge, especially having to navigate 4 flights of stairs and a large wooden carving. Definitely recommend Electric World Betta Rosny Park and I will be using them again in the future

Extremely positive experience buying 3 electrical appliances through Betta Rosny. Sonny the salesperson was incredibly helpful. The prices were better or equal to all other competitors. The delivery team were dead on time and did a great job with the installs. Awesome customer service all-round.

Great ease of purchase over the phone. Delivery was within two days and the blokes were very careful and took away the old fridge and all the cardboard etc. from unpacking and installing the new one.

Quick, efficient, informed help. My 2 hours of research via Google,
& Choice turned out to be a waste of time as the sales person helped me find a better option in less than 5 minutes. Had the item in stock and drove away with my new appliance. Too easy!

Incredible service, purchased online and had a phone call from the delivery team within 30 minutes. Item was delivered and installed an hour after purchase. Amazingly efficient, friendly and professional. Highly recommended. Do yourself a favour and sacrifice paying a bit more and get great service in return.

The assistance and email support that I received from Betta Rosny was excellent. The fridge that I wanted was unavailable for several weeks but Adrian kept me up to date. I purchased a small fridge from Chiq, black, retro look, very efficient.

I was in need of a replacement induction cook top and had tried the big stores without luck. On a recommendation from a friend I tried Beta and spoke to Sonny who was great with me, they didn't have the model I was after but he came up with a great alternative which they had in stock, so all in all I was a happy customer at the end of the day. Well done Sonny that was old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend.

I ordered a microwave on line for my Mum.
I paid a delivery fee for a courier.
I then called the store (I’m in Sydney) to ask if the courier could possibly help my Mum if needed, to place it / unpack it.
Dion was very helpful, he called the courier personally, then called me back to let me know what he was able to arrange for her. this is excellent customer service.
It arrives within 24 hours !!
Peace of mind is priceless for me when it comes to taking care of Mum.

Great, friendly service. Recommend these guys big time.

I rang Betta Electrical to replace a burnt out motor in a range hood.
They had our records from our previous purchase over 6 years ago and it was made extemely easy as they had the dimensions and type of rangehood we required.
All done on the phone within minutes and they assisted with an electrician to install, very happy with my experience.

Compared price online against a couple of other major retailers, they were clearly the best and offered free delivery. The fridge was delivered less than 24 hours later.
