Exceelent! One of the best Vietnamese 🇻🇳 feeds I have had. And I've had a few!
People happy to wait for limited tables.

Magnificent food and service at very reasonable prices. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Very Tasty food..!/ friendly staff and owner

I ordered some spring rolls and the pork roll. Both came out hot and fresh to the point I couldn’t pick it up it was so hot! The waitress was lovely and made great conversations. The person in the kitchen seemed slightly stressed but understandable as it was quite busy on a Saturday at lunch time. Also good to note: takeaway containers incur an extra charge.

For a casual dining experience this restaurant is great. I had the crispy pork stir fry that was really yummy. My husband had the crispy pork belly with broccoli special that wasn’t as good. It was very fatty and could have been cooked a little longer to render the fat and make it crispy. Bonus was that it is licensed and the drinks were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

The only noodle house around Port Douglas shopping centre. It’s good place to be. Big portions enough to hold all day hungers. Very pleasant service and this family business has running very long. Keep the good work.

Very honest cuisine loved the setting on the side of the street, the gradient could be challenging but all was good we had Roast pork belly and broccoli and special beef noddle soup. All very yummy and byo so great to sit out side having a beverage or three with Jode.

Viet Pho Cafe is an amazing Vietnamese restaurant!
We had their bun cha and seafood stir fry and they were both delicious.
The flavors were amazing and the portions were very generous.
The staff are incredibly friendly and very welcoming.
If I could have eaten more I would have ordered the pho, which looked amazing and I'll definitely be going back to try

Staff were super friendly, food was well priced for the portions and the flavour was exceptional.

The food was amazing, the pho broth was well seasoned, lots of garnish and sauces. The lady at the counter was very friendly. Would 100% go back and try everything on the menu.

A gem in Port Douglas.

Their pho is authentic and delicious. They even provide lime wedges instead of lemon (which I’ve seen at every other Vietnamese restaurant I’ve been to in Australia).

Yes, the prices are a bit steep but the portion is large and tastes so good!

We are from California, US and eat Vietnamese food about once a week. We were thoroughly impressed with the freshness of the ingredients, quality of the beef and flavor. Yum. We aimed for a quick and yummy dinner on arrival into Port Douglas so we could run to Coles supermarket to stock up for next days breakfast. We were happily surprised and found the owners friendly and kind with patrons.

Great little find in Port Douglas. Some of the best Viet food we’ve had anywhere in Australia. Service was great, our food came out quite quick and our waiter was friendly. Highly recommend!

Delicious food the betel leaf beef was amazing and the barramundi with rice was stunning. The seafood pho was ok but I’d recommend the house special beef pho. Definitely coming back will try the beef pho next time!

Best viet food I have ever eaten! Large portions and reasonable prices (especially for Port Douglas). Not about fancy ambience but great taste for a filling feed :) Will be back!

This made a lovely change. Filling but lighter than typical restaurant meals. Excellent Vietnamese food. Not a huge choice, but everything we had was delicious.

Always outstanding and consistent food with well balanced flavours and generous serves. Try the chicken salad with a cheeky spring roll.

This place is like teleporting to Vietnam. I can’t praise it any more highly than that.

The only difference is the much smaller amounts of fresh herbs provided with the dishes, I guess this is due to the cost of herbs in QLD whereas in Vietnam they’re like “Take it! Get it out of here, there’ll be another wheelbarrow of it in the morning.”

My wife spotted Viet Pho and suggested we give them a try. They had Bún bò Huê, my favourite. Great flavours; it’s as good as I’ve had anywhere else. It was a busy night but service was still good.
