Oaks Port Douglas Resort

Me and wife visited Oaks Resort for 2 nights. Was an amazing charming experience. Very peaceful resort.

The pool bar attendant was lovely and he was very informative. Resort has a great potential and has lot to offer. Walking distance to four-miles beach.

Definitely will return near future.

A beautiful place to stay with the family. I highly recommend. Staff are friendly and helpful. There was a misunderstanding in the booking which was our fault, we put the wrong arrival dates, Genie the duty manger was very nice and helpful and sorted out the issue for us, once again, Thank you Genie!!
The wonderful staff and Genie made this a memorable experience. We will be back for more. 😊

Everything was very easy, staff were all very helpful. I think Kieran (maybe his name) from the pool bar was fantastic! Engages well with guests.

The Spa at the resort was also great and easy to book in and fantastic to deal with.

Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family

Very happy with our stay, we love the Oaks it is always very relaxing here. It gives us the relaxing vibes we want away from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay amongst the nature. The birds are everywhere here you will hear frogs in the ponds singing. Your room will be well air conditioned we had 2 air conditioners in our room with the pool just over our gate. The staff our all so lovely a great place to come chill and unwind. We have stayed at most of the hotels in Port Douglas but we always come back here because it just gives us that relaxing feeling without too much fuss.

Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped.

The level of service from the staff was incredible (especially from Kieran at the bar and Jeremy at check in!).

I recently enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay to celebrate my 40th birthday. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. The apartment had all of the comforts that we needed and the highlight of our stay was the time spent relaxing in the pool.
The staff were very helpful during our stay, especially Ginny. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect for everyone. Has everything you would expect from Oaks including good sized, well serviced rooms and apartments. Can get restaurant and bar service from around the pool, so why not indulge? This is definitely suitable for families. Kids absolutely love it. Little ones and big ones.

Great experience. Very clean and quiet room. Pool was great. Laundry facilities a bit out of the way but okay. Can be a bit of a journey lugging your bags from the carpark to the room but not too far in most cases. Staff were very friendly.

We spent five wonderful nights at the Oaks Resort and would stay again in an instant.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, reception is 24 hrs which is always a comfort to know.

We had breakfast included in our booking and we looked forward to going to the Oak and Vine restaurant each day, the setting of the restaurant is just beautiful.

The pool area is my favourite place, plenty of areas to sun bake and a swim up bar that also provides food makes it a very pleasant spot to spend the afternoon.

The resort is a bit out of town but then again most of the big resorts are, it’s not a problem if you have a hire car, but if not there is a shuttle service for fee.

All in all the Oaks ticked all the boxes for a relaxing holiday.

Rooms were rather small but facilities were gorgeous would definitely stay again just choose a bigger room

One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Great resort, has everything you need if you want to stay in, enjoy the facilities and just chill by the pool which is all what we really needed as we are from Cairns.
Clean spacious apartments, maybe a bit more to do with room equipment as we would have loved to spare the poor housekeeping staff to clean our balcony.
Will def stay there again.

Staff here welcomed me in a professional friendly manner. Each encounter with staff really set a positive tone for this hotel. My room was comfortable and clean. Lovely grounds, poolside was quiet, lush gardens. Good value for money. The only downside was the cleaning staff often parked their cart outside my doorway.

We just loved staying at the Oaks Port Douglas we come here everytime 😀 Also we were greeted by Jeremy at reception he is so friendly and welcoming 10/10 customer service!

Well placed very comfortable. Excellent service even when the town had zero water they did their best to accomodate. Excellent!

We have just spent 8 days at Oaks Resort Port Douglas and it has been an amazing experience. The rooms were great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent in the restaurant and by the pool. The breakfast buffet is hot and tasty and enough variety and the coffee is great. A big shout out to Cameron, Abner, and Sammy. They are all such assets to the place with wonderful customer service, great smiles and more than happy to assist in any way they can. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect place to stop and unwind after a month on the road.
Short walk to the beach and just a drive away to the shops

Loved the atmosphere at the resort, as soon as you walk in the reception staff were so accommodating and lovely! to be honest a handful of the staff members at the resort made the stay luxurious with their companionship! I found a lot of the time they were under staffed (pool bar & the bar) due to the amount of residents ordering to actual staff (1 staff member to 30 people at times) I found they kept their professionalism and accommodated everyone to the highest standard. I also listened to how they approached and conversed with other residents and I can honestly say they were so informative , positive and outgoing. I just want to say thank you for providing the hospitality, the laughs and the drinks flowing! I appreciate you. Biggest shout out to the young female with dark brown hair with tattoos and also the youngest bloke working behind bar and serving breakfast this week! THANK YOU, Both Oustanding !! :)

Fantastic Place , enjoyed the food the service and the pool. We will be back ( heading back in October 23 for 10 nights.... Up date Have just returned from our second stay. Fantastic again ... see you in 2024

Service was immaculate. Menu was great but the pizza were amazing. Overall great place to visit
