Kmart Port Douglas K Hub

Used Kmart hub many times... The Staff are brilliant & always happy to do above & beyond.. Always up for a chat and so very helpful & efficient.. 💜

Today I had the best experience ever with the staff in Port Douglas. I had been having trouble trying to use a digital Gift Card. I had previously tried to use it and it would not scan so I had phoned for assistance the issuer of the card and was told there was nothing wrong with it, however again today same problem the Kmart staff could not have been nicer trying every thing they could to get it to work again with no success so the checkout manager called the help number herself and after calling twice eventually got someone willing to help resolve the issue the answer being to cancel the digital voucher and sent out an actual plastic card in the mail. I am so grateful that the staff in Port Douglas actually took the time to get a result which I had been unable to achieve with my own efforts.

A fantastic k-hub that is well presented and has all the things you need. Staff were friendly and attentive.

After being kicked out of the bar and told to get some shoes I received some great service in buying some shoes to get back in. 100% recommend!

Great addition to Port Douglas - inevitably I always forget something on holiday and it was handy having this K-Hub here. Suggestion - stock some books!

Handy little place !

食品スーパーマーケットのコールスの隣りにあるホームセンターです。通常のケーマートよりも売場面積は狭めですが、ここでネット注文した品も受け取れるようです。

旅行中、衣類や履物、日用品が必要な時、便利です。時折、在庫処分で衣類が2.00AUDで売られているので、サイズが合えば超お得です。

オーストラリアのサイズは大き目のため、小柄な人は、子どもサイズがお勧めです。男性用は、Sサイズが日本のMサイズより大き目で、子ども用16サイズでも着れます（長袖は、袖丈が短めですが）。しかも、子ども服の方がお安い。。。

チョコレートなどもあり、お土産探しに最適かも。

Great clothing for kids.

I went here for buying some clothes for work. When I checked out, the counter clerk—Tony, an elder white gentleman, asked me to show my bag to him. It really made me feel bad to be suspected as thieves. However he did ask a white lady next to me to show her purse.

I am not sure whether is it because of I am Asian to be mistreated. Or just how this shop usually does. In sum, if not necessary, I won’t like to visit it anymore.
