Everything at your door step. Our room is perfect. The pool & restaurant is amazing. Shuttle bus when you need it. Can’t fault anything. We are very fussy with cleanness etc and this place is perfect. Hot chips by the pool. Amazing menu and the cocktails are refreshing. You won’t regret it.

Lovely resort. Our villa was lovely, clean and well equipped. The TV also has Netflix. The fridge was slightly small for the size of the villa. The showers/bathrooms were lovely and a good size. Good washing machine and dryer. Beds are comfortable.
The pool is gorgeous, kids loved the waterfall and cave. The wading pool was perfect for our two year old. Lots of seating areas. And the pool bar/restaurant is fantastic, we had the eye fillet and it was absolutely amazing!

It's a shame the resort seems to have been cut in half so the second pool, BBQ area and playground is no longer accessible. We loved the other pool on our last visit in 2017 and we did miss not having a playground available.

Easy few minute drive into the main area in Port Douglas and 5 minutes out to the wildlife habitat. We love the location. And it's very quiet at night.

Just left here after the Thursday night Parma Night. Cannot believe the place wasn’t full. Best Parma in town by a mile! Freshly cooked unlike some others who pre-cook during the day. $20 on Thursdays! Service was nice too. Do yourself a favour.

Lovely place. All these Resorts are about using their facilities. Need a car to get to main Street Macrossan Avenue. Dined in their restaurant and chefs meals were well presented and priced. Pleasant enough service without being outstanding. Rooms were generous size and having second full bathroom downstairs was a bonus.

Stayed at privately owned villa 76 (not part of the resort) and had an amazing time. Beautiful spot overlooking the creek and golf course, close to the pool. Fully renovated villa with an amazing kitchen and hammock to relax in 😊

We were moved from our first apartment due to a minor issue and staff handled it very quickly and professionally. Facilities are excellent as is the on site restaurant and bar. Breakfast buffet is fine but staff seem overwhelmed at times with the work. The pools are great for the kids and parents alike.

Nice place to spend more than a few days. Villas have a full kitchen and laundry machine. Cute pools and ample gym. Breakfast was simple but also very inexpensive. Villas were older, but showed signs of modern updates. Receptionist was extremely nice.

What a lovely cosy little place, 2 couples in my entourage and had plenty of space and comfort for a reasonable price. Highly recommend! Nice pool, nice staff and nice rooms.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Port Douglas Rendezvous Reef Resort, and we could not speak highly enough of the whole experience. We were on holiday from NZ for my mothers 80th birthday, we had booked a two bedroom apartment for 5 adults, on arrival we had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom, so mum who was going to be on the sofa bed had a beautiful upstairs twin room with a balcony, and there was a lovely card and bottle of bubbly in the fridge for her. ( so a really lovely start) The apartment was clean tidy spacious with everything we needed. The restaurant- we dined every morning and then also had takeaways at night in our apartment. Food was wonderful, staff lovely and friendly and helpful. The 2 pools we used were both beautiful and well looked after, as were all the path ways around the pools and building. We had read a few negative reviews for this resort. But honestly I think some people only ever write negatives, If you find a positive experience, REWARD. We loved everything about our stay, and will recommend and go back one day. This was a very special week for our family and the Rendezvous made it even better

We stayed in September with 2.5 years old kid.
There was perfect weather 27-28C.
Hotel is lovely, with 3 big pools, areas for kids.
Double storey villa with kitchen and great access to BBQ area.
Playground for little once.
I would highly recommend for family.

This place is amazing, I'm on my last night here and staying here has been a great experience, the staff are super friendly and the facilities are great. At the resort there are three swimming pools( one lap pool, 2 casual pools) and two gyms, as well as a gaming room for the kids. In all staying here was a great experience and i highly recommend it to anyone staying in port douglas.

This place is a gem. Spotlessly clean with a beautiful pool area. The pool is a heated saltwater pool in a rainforest type situation. Fantastic for families. Menu is limited , but meals are large and well priced. Walk to the four mile beach. Great place.

We had a great 2Bdr townhouse with clean and easily accessible facilities inc the pool, playground and BBQ area. Great value for money being a PGR member. Is good for families but not recommended if you want a quiet couples getaway. Our little guy loved the pool!

Just spent 6 nights here and couldn’t fault it. Staff were friendly. Easy access to transport. Rooms as expected for a resort. Breakfast was easy and accessible no waiting. Restaurant basic and affordable. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for a family stay, a selection of 4 pools, 1 of which is a 25m lap pool + a huge general resort pool. Get the breakfast deal - for us it was only $10 more than the room cost for 5 people. We had 5 in a 2br townhouse - which apparently are some of the largest in Port Douglas. Easy access to town centre and short walk to beaches

Amazingly helpful staff and awesome facilities. Car issues left us road side without alternative transport for an extensive amount of time and these guys went above and beyond to make sure we utilised any helpful thing they had to offer. Truely made being stranded and scrambling to organise our alternatives re accommodation, travels, and next steps for broken vehicle to make it's way home, so much more doable in our choose of aircon silence in lounge, breezy dining area overlooking an amazing pool, or a huge selection pool side spots. Use of the pool and a towel each to borrow at no charge. Access to their guest only wifi, and food and beverages at great prices and amazing tastes to boot. Best of all not only did no one else know we were stranded and using charity to aid us, because we were treated as paying guests, but they delivered it so sincerely it felt wonderful to know decency is alive and well.

Hidden spa cavern, super delicious pizza, gorgeous atmosphere, talented and genuine hospitality.
This place is a must when ever in PORT DOUGLAS.

We found this resort to be friendly, chilled and relaxed, exactly what we wanted on a holiday. The food at the restaurant is amazing and well priced, the pools are beautiful, the accommodation is an entire 2 storey villa for the price of a room anywhere else in Port Douglas. The staff are amazing, especially Roisin the manager. The undercover bbq facilities are excellent, the gym is awesome and the internet via ethernet cable in the villa is free also free wifi in the reception area. There is free parking and also $5 for a shuttle into town that runs every 10 mins till late. The best value family resort in Port Douglas. If you want 5 star this isn't for you, this is a fun relaxed resort.
