Great little spot, excellent food. Had the breakfast burger and the star of the show which was the pork croissant! Great service, lad from Leeds even provided HP sauce to make us feel right at home!

Adam has looked after us on more than one of our holidays.
He has been an absolute gentlemen every time.
He remembered us from previous holidays and has been perfect on every occasion.
Adam is the star of the show and is the reason why we come back on repeat.
The food is exceptional and service is on point every time.

Did breakfast here on a short stay in Port Douglas with a friend. He suggested and I nearly talked him out of it in favour of somewhere with "views".....thank goodness I didn't. Breakfast was amazing....firstly, it wasn't in the same place as when id previously visited (must have been years ago!!) and the location and venue have a lovely vibe. The breakfast menu was interesting with some "different" dishes to the usual brekky fare which we decided to try ..... OMG .....blew us away. We had been to Watergate the night before on the basis of numerous recommendations but breakfast at the Little Larder beat that dinner hands down. We ordered the viatnemese prawn omelette (?) & Chilli coconut eggs with poppadom but shared and staff were happy to supply share plates etc, no grumbling like some places do. Outstanding flavours, texture, balance and presentation. Great service. Every mouthful was wow, yum, amazing, wow..... compliments to the chef.....would highly recommend.....will be back for breakfast and lunch next time (lunch always used to be good so can imagine it's only got better on the basis of that breakfast!!)

The coffee and the food were exceptional. Great service staff. Awesome to try a couple of fresh takes on (coconut) chili scramble and avocado (and beetroot) toast! Came a few times in our trip here.

Absolutely amazing! We’ve had breakfast here the past two days and will definitely have breakfast here for the next few days of our trip. The food is to die for along with the coffee, service is outstanding. Very friendly waitstaff, extremely good at their jobs. A great way to start off your day!

Being a Cairns local I often go to a cafe for breakfast on a Saturday or Sunday. On this occasion I drove to Port Douglas and saw the inconspicuous The Little Larder. Every aspect of this breakfast was enjoyable - the service, attentiveness, food and the price. Not often you can give 10 out of 10.

Adam and his staff were more than welcoming, super efficient and helpful.

We do not make a reservation before but you better did because always busy hours. We ordered quick lunches actually for the long day we have been thru. It was good enough, customer service is threat and foods all delicious. We could see the staffs are moving so quick cleaning the table for us. So welcome with the interior in a beautiful sunshine corner.

Great spot recommended by friends. Food excellent, service excellent and all staff super friendly. Big shout out to Adam from Leeds UK - Manager I think. So organised and professional but super friendly at the same time.

Last weekend I travelled with a group of 12 to Port Douglas and we spent a good deal of time at this restaurant. It is AMAZING!!! From the incredibly friendly and attentive staff to the to die for food, this restaurant is hard to beat. My absolute fave was the sashimi tuna poke bowl- I cannot stop thinking about it!!! The smoked salmon eggs benedict was also amazing. I can’t wait to return one day! A special mention to the restaurant manager, he is a credit to the business. He is so good you’d think it was his own business. What a valuable person to have on staff! 🙌🏼

We visited Port Douglas for a week of R&R and found this little gem! We ate here 4 mornings! The service was beyond amazing and the food and coffee was on point!

10/10 food. I had the smashed avo and was one of the best I’ve ever had. Loved the jam and whipped feta on the side too.

Great coffee! We ordered cappuccino and latte. Also ordered crab omelette and taco. Taco with pulled pork is divine! I love the Taco with pulled pork. The place is very family friendly. There were several families with small kids when we had breakfast there.

Great place for breakfast in Port Douglas, conveniently located on Macrossan Street. Staff are great, and the atmosphere is lovely. We ordered the granola, eggs, veggie brekkie, and waffles, and we enjoyed all of it. The fresh juices were delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Korean eggs benedict was amazing! My sisters vegetarian meal was creative and delicious, as were our coffees. The staff were super friendly and attentive xx

Absolutely superb food and service.Huge thanks to Adam for his hospitality and his amazing ability to make us feel welcome, comfortable and at home . Added to this was the brilliant selection on the menu, by chef Jack. Truly an absolute highlight of our time in Port Douglas. We ate there three times in two days and it was perfect every time!

What a fabulous breaky for the family. Hubby adored his mushrooms with extras, I had the best bircher ever (and I'm normally picky with them), kids loved their waffles. Friendly, approachable staff. We will definitely be back.

We found that if you’re after breakfast, get here early otherwise your going to be waiting for a seat. Once you get your coffee and food, you understand what all of the fuss is about. Friendly service and homemade hollandaise sauce is always a winner in my eyes - it means the kitchen really cares for you - all the feels
