Fabulous, enthusiastic patient and very helpful in his response as I was served by Matt at the service desk for a warranty on my Jabra Elite 65T at the Maroochydore JBHiFi Homemaker Centre.

Absolute champion who made my day and impressed on my mind, what I thought was going to be a long wait for another set of Jabra Elite 65T to arrive.

Instead they no longer made them, and he suggested a refund Voucher and let’s upgrade. We did that and selected Jabra Elite 4 Active and he helped me with a good price, great set up and a new warranty.

Altogether, he was efficient and well informed about the products and sharing personal experience with use on his own, had me sold. I am happy and eager to try them on.

So here’s the story…

I had ordered a robovac on the Boxing Day sales while I was in hospital and it was out of stock for well over a month. I went into the kawana store and was served by the AMAZING, helpful, friendly & knowledgeable Michael - when he found my order and cancelled it (after being told by the first staff member that this could not be done)… which then encouraged me to buy one that was in store & in stock - as I needed one for my new home asap.

Unfortunately head office didn’t cancel it and it was sent to my local post office 6 weeks later & that I collected today… so now I have two robovacs that were both around $700-800 each - not the ideal situation financially & “another thing to do while moving house and unpacking etc” and not in my best health moments.

I took the online ordered one straight from post office to the sunshine plaza jb hifi and was declined to do an ‘in store refund’ here, they then sent me to the HOME location - which had me slightly baffled, but being in retail myself for a long time, I am always courteous with over worked retail staff and understand that some things are out of their control.

HOWEVER… I trek it back to my car from the depths of the plaza (my least favourite place to be - which is why I’d ordered online in the first place) and get to the HOME centre JB HIFI - only to be informed that they could’ve done the return at the plaza, just must’ve been too hard or too late in the day, for whomever was on today. The staff member even double checked with his manager and it was still a ‘definitely cannot be done here’ situation. Super disappointed and will not go back there, to be brutally honest.

I have a major back injury, so this was not enjoyable to hear - but Amy & Mackenzie were helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and beyond apologetic for my muck around and I have to say, this is the only JB store I will be shopping at from now on.

If Michael from the Kawana store could move to this location, it honestly would be a ‘triple winner’ station for rad staff! (just my honest opinion and wish!)

But thank you team, super grateful for your sensational service - and hope you three get acknowledged well by head office and your in store management at both HOME maroochydore & Mike from the Kawana store. I applaud you all!

Always have excellent service, value & products from the crew here. Yesterday I urgently needed a new laptop. Kym & Tarndy in the the tech department listened to what I need the laptop for & they went above & beyond to check out specs required & get me up & running with a fantastic value Lenovo machine super fast. I ended up having to leave the store for unexpected meeting so I did click & collect. I wanted to acknowledge their tremendous help. Give these gals a bonus ! 😉 Thanks very much. David Martin

28.03.2023 Today's visit to JB -Fi was for asking about an external Hard Drive. The young lady that served us was extremely helpful - explained everything and gave us options. It is nice to see a staff member actually taking time to reasure a customer - that they are not only a number. Thank you - management should be proud of such employees! The shop is full of the latest electronic "toys." I got tempted with a lot of new gadgets - ha e to put it off for another day. Shortly after our visit, I got an e-mail
"Hi, nice to see you again! Want $10 for your next shop? Join JB Perks today!" I definitely will be back!

Jb Hifi is a great shop. So many things to choose from. I'd love to walk around that shop for a good couple of hours just to look at everything they have (I'm a major tech geek 😉) but I think the security guard might start watching me 😂. No but seriously, great shop, excellent customer service. Pretty reasonable prices and if you ask they might be able to do you a better deal. I will definitely be back again. 5/5👍

Extremely helpfull staff and great service. I bought a TV of display and they forgot to put the power cable for the TV in the box. I still opted to give them 5 stars tho as the staff really arr fantastic and nice. The cable was just a simple easy mistake to make that wasn't hard to rectify. I bought a new one from Harvey Norman as it was closer to where I lived and cheaper than the fuel I would use to drive back. They also offered to send me a voucher for the mishap.

I bought a TV online and it's only available in Maroochydore. Although there's no delivery service to Brisbane, Amanda helped me sort things out by shipping to a JB Hi-fi store in Brisbane and I can arrange further delivery from there. It's such a nice offer for help! Very much appreciated!
