I would like to say a big thanks to the wonderful check out staff .. each time I’ve gone through the assisted check out and been served by an employee, it’s been a great experience. Yes even through the hectic Xmas period. Greeted with a smile, helpful service and wasn’t rushed, I actually had time to put my wallet away and leave before they called the next in line. Thank you - keep up the great work.

beau is such a helpful kind young man he helped me find kid shoes for my son and even helped me pick the shoes out for my son, beau deserves a raise as he displays excellent customer service and is an absolute joy to be around.

Went in to Big W today. I found Emma L in confectionary. She is a true asset to your team. Friendly, helpful and full of smiles ( not the fake ones) I will be back and hope to see Emma again.

I went back into Big W sunshine plaza today 25/11/23 and came across Suzie/Suzanne and she was so friendly. You would not know she had not long dealt with a Karen. She was so friendly and helpful. I’m glad that Big W has these amazing team members and will continue to shop there with the great staff. I really hope Managment let the staff know they are appreciated

Thank you so much to Sarah from the service desk for being very helpful with a return that I wasn’t able to do at the Noosa store. Sarah was patient, kind and friendly. Highly recommend seeing her if you’re ever at the sunshine plaza store.

Have only had amazing service from the lovely Kathy on the door who checks your bags and helps direct you around the store. She is wonderful with all of our disability clients that come through with us and is just an all round helpful and lovely person. I come to this Big W specifically to be able to get her service. She deserves the world.

Great store. Staff are really helpful and attentive. There is a great selection of good quality products (as you can see from my photos). I'm always impresses by the selection of home brew equipment and ingredients they have, great for a beginner or full time home brewer.

This store has a lovely modern layout, with a huge range of products you'd expect from a Big W. I found the staff helpful and the store clean. I noticed little things like shelving zip tied together for added safety. I was impressed.

So many shops. Great shopping experience. Heaps of food and late night eateries. Cinemas, groceries, clothes and heaps more.
Heaps of free parking with good time limits.

Not the biggest range of stuff I would have liked to see, for example in the technology department there were items being displayed for sale but for stock they didn’t have. But the friendly man helped me find the information I was looking for and any other enquires I had

Tidiest BIG W i have EVER been too!!! Great service, went in last Thursday to get some photos printed off at the photo lab and had a bit of trouble working it out myself but luckily had a nice young brown man (if i recall correctly his name badge read 'Ethin') approach me and assist me with the printing, he was very helpful and even showed me too the party supplies area after! so great to see some diversity in the store!

A very large shopping with many diverse shops. Staff at the various shop we went to were relaxed, professional, helpful and friendly. The relatively new high ropes adventure complex is extensive and provides lots of possibilities.

I had a client with me in a wheel chair and I wanted a wheelchair trolley but none available. Katherine assisted with our shopping and than got plaza security to assist us back to our car which was on the other side of Sunshine Plaza.

I’d like to thank the Lovely staff for their concern and helpfulness, you know who you are. I thought I’d lost an A4 envelope with all my original details- passport, birth certificate, etc, I had just been to the JP for witnessing.
They were absolutely amazing!!
I hadn’t left it there after all, after paying for my purchases at BigW I went for coffee, it was there - I put it down to pay and in between ordering and waiting for it to be made it went out of my mind - panicked and went back to BigW - WONDERFUL staff THANK YOU 😊

Friendly staff, even when you can see they have a painful customer to deal with.
Good options and knick knacks.
If you need wifi while in BigW, they have a free hotspot to login to while you are shopping in there.

Easy quick click and collect. Lovely to shop ñot too overcrowded. Recommend for click and collect orders. Helpful staff clean tidy store.
