Brilliant store. Menswear section had some of the best staff customer service staff. The Irish lady @ Rod and Gunn, the Latino man at Cambridge and the young American lad at the shoe section.

Always a great experience - hassle free returns , greeted with a friendly smile at the hub centre no matter how busy they are.
I’ve been to a few different areas in Myer this past fortnight - every time I’ve been served by someone different and I’ve enjoyed great customer service each time. Thanks for making the hectic holiday season shopping more enjoyable.

I had the misfortune to drop a sales sign on my toe, splitting my toenail and cutting some skin. Within a few moments a sales assistant wheeled a chair for me to sit upon and brought me a box of tissues. Unfortunately my toe was bleeding profusely all over the floor. Within minutes a first aider was there to lend assistance. Bound up my toe cleaning up my foot and wiping out my footwear. I cannot say enough about the kindness and care of the staff. Even down to the cleaner who had to wash the floor after me. A great job by the staff. I didn't get to finish shopping, but I shall go back fab staff fab product range. But please use something to stick down sales signs haha

On my recent visits to the Sunshine Coast, I have been appalled by the lack of service, particularly in the Cosmetics Department.
Today, I was greeted by Chloe who stopped what she was doing to offer assistance. I wasn't after anything in particular but she introduced me to a new fragrance which will be on my Christmas list for Santa. Thanks you Chloe for making me feel like a valued customer and not an inconvenience ... or worse, invisible.

Had a great shopping experience as Melissa the Floor Manager was assisting me. She is extremely sweet, personable & knew so much about skincare products to help me make a decision.

My husband & I were in the menswear department & had the pleasure of being served by Bridie.
What a delightful, helpful, friendly ,professional young lady. She actually understands the meaning of customer service.
I can't remember the last time we were "looked after" in sourcing items.
My husband hates shopping, he was relaxed, engaged & actually enjoyed the process.
Bridie reflects the old style service Myers was recognised for in the past.
Well done Bridie you clearly enjoy your job because you are very, very good at what you do.

MYER is a great place to shop and has beautiful new dressing rooms that have lots of hooks and a great mirror and a door , so if it’s closed there is someone in there , much better than a curtain!
The cafe is fantastic and has the yummiest food! Coffee is great!

Myers is Myer. It's great to see a real shop still open, still with good choice, and still good service. It's a shame that so many people just shop online because sometimes that added service is worth paying for.

Busy store but well staffed and range was quite good, happy to take the savings during their post Xmas sales.

Love this shop and the variety available. They also have great Specials when it's Super Weekends. They stock the best Christmas decorations too.

Great shop. So much choice and varied price points. Its sales are worth going to. The ladies' summer sale is on at the moment... April 23. Men's surf section could do with a few more brand choices. As I use an electric wheelchair, I am impressed with the width of isles. However, please can you not have displays randomly positioned in the isles.

Very interesting and unique items

Came in with looking for a candle or reed diffuser.
Walked in and asked a staff where they were, she directed me to them. I was after something nice to go near the entrance of our home.
I had looked on their website beforehand as I had a $20 e-voucher to use up (thanks Myer!).
There was a section of mark down items but nothing I fancied. There were about a dozen so brands to choose from. Two sizes 100ml and 350ml I think? As well as candles in the same scent.
Happy with my choice and was able to walk out without having to be out of pocket.
The young gentleman who served me was helpful and patient as my barcodes and membership no. wasn't working, we got there in the end.

I love every Myer but this one has to be my favourite it’s a lot bigger then most Myers and the staff are friendly
