I was in the store for the midnight Christmas shopping and I have to mention how awesome Luka is. He was so helpful both in store and later when I had to pick up an item from the docking bay. He is an asset to the store. Thanks for your help and wonderful service. Every staff member had a smile on their face that night and were happy to help, even when it was so busy. A credit to the store

After being ignored down at The Athletes Foot I ended up buying a pair of shoes from Rebel. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Today I’m so grateful to receive the best customer experience to date! I was buying an item from clearance, which was showing 1 in stock so chances of finding it were slim. Encountered a very busy and very friendly team member named Stan. Who went above and beyond to find this pair of beloved Nike Winflo 8’s- to discover an empty box. However, among the chaos did his best for me! I still found an amazing pair of shoes ,which he was also prepared to discount for me.Thank you Stan! I hope they have recognition and rewards programs for team members, because you truly deserve it mate! 5⭐😁

I normally go to Kawana but I find I can never get any help there. The customer service at Maroochydore is fantastic. This is the second time in a month I have gone to this Rebel and staff have gone out of their way to help. Will now drive that bit extra and make this store our regular go to.

My rebel experience was unmatched today when i met Lachlan. He provided so much useful knowledge helping me choose football boots and running shoes. He was so patient and extremely kind. Lachlan deserves employee of the month every month!

Bought a jacket from the store the other day only to find when I returned home that the security tag was still attached. I rang the store to see if there was any way I could remove the tag. One of the managers (I presume), actually came to my house with the gizmo that removes the tags. Very impressive customer service, over & above! Rebel will definitely be my go-to from now on for all things sporting.

Just bought a pair of ASIC’s from Lucca. Must say I was quite impressed with his brilliant customer service. I grabbed a pair of Kayanos’s and walked up to him and said “sell me this shoe”. From that point onwards I’d never seen a man demonstrate such thorough knowledge for a sport shoe. 10/10 and will certainly be coming back for another pair for my children.

A big thank you to the store manager Kerry, and to Carolyn at checkout, for providing outstanding customer service. I had an issue with a faulty product purchased from Rebel Sunshine Plaza, and both Kerry and Carolyn were very helpful in resolving the matter. Its great walk in to a store knowing that staff are genuinely there to help and will do what ever they can to best look after your needs.

Chris just assisted my smooth purchase of a pair of new balance shoes. The whole experience was easy and he was attentive to what I needed. I will be recommending the store to anyone in need of sporting goods/ shoes.

Great staff, thanks in particular to Melissa who helped me find the right running shoe. Although it wasn't in stock at their store, she went to great efforts to track them down for me. In the end I had to order online but I just wanted to say thanks so much to Melissa for your help tonight!

We had a lovely experience her with our son, even though they didn't have the shoes he needed the young lady in the footware area still gave a great service, measuring his feet and giving her advice.
