Universal Store

Was at the plaza around 12pm today (20th Sep) and was served by the most enthusiastic bloke I’ve ever seen working, he was genuinely interested in hearing about what I’ve been upto / why I’m off work and really lit up the whole room with his energy. Don’t shop there often but I’ll definitely be back thanks to him. 10/10 employee

Lara and Bliss were exceptional with assisting me. They gave me plenty of options but were not pushy whatsoever. They’re very polite and have great work ethic and attitude.

it was a shame that my gift card and other people’s gift cards weren’t going through on the system in sunshine plaza store (tech difficulty). however, Laura helped me even though it was really busy to find out a way to help me do it online instead and leave with my clothes paid with my gift card. She was really genuine and caring ☺

Talked to a guy named Sebastian amazing consumer service helped me with all my concerns and inquiries 10 outta 10 would visit again

Good quality clothing and accessories store with helpful staff

This is not my account family computer, but I bought a croc Cham and it said it was 5.99 each or 19.99 for a pack so I bought one and I was charged 7.99 for it but I didn’t realise until I got home and check my bank. I tried calling them 3 times but their phone number didn’t work. Very disappointed

One staff member was very rude and persistent. I tried on a garment which I liked, before purchasing she took it off me and swapped it for one of the floor stock, which was unnecessary. When I tried it on again she had given me a dress with a broken strap. Very very angry as I live in a different state and don’t have time to exchange it before I leave.

Worker was very rude when I entered the store by rolling his eyes at me, I remember him wearing a purple Harley Davidson shirt (which I was going to compliment if he was not so rude)
