This practise has been my go to clinic for years even after we move away from this area. Always have availability for an appointment if my usual doc is unavailable as there are many other caring doctors on duty as well. Wait times are also not too bad.

Reception staff are friendly and work hard to attend to the phone lines and in-clinic patients

Convenient parking and shopping all on one spot.

Fabian, the owner is lovely and always looks after her patients and is on her patients side. Amazing woman. She helped my daughter with her personal issues and guided her to the best Dr on her path without being bias.
Bo, the top receptionist is warm, friendly and goes the extra mile to make things happen. Her smile brings the sunshine inside and she is excellent at her job.
The Dr’s, they vary, this is based on individual patients and their happenings. It’s the same as any other Dr’s office in terms of finding the right Dr but the staff are second to none here.
Always smiling, always friendly, I hope the positivity and warm energy there never goes away. Thanks for today. My wife loves you all and my little one is no longer afraid of needles thanks to Ayah one of the old receptionists. My entire extended family go here. A safe place to go.

Very accommodating especially when I went there with block ears (can hardly hear).
They repeated kindly to the deaf me.

The doctor rang me when I was getting my script to remind me bit to swim or get my ears wet....gave various precaution advice to keep my ears dry.

Less than 5 min wait time for Dr. Shahab Khan for bookings which is amazing compared to other doctors and clinics. Bedside manner of Dr. Khan is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Also located in a pharmacy so super convenient to get meds and what not afterwards. 5/5 would recommend.

Excellent doctors. Good to be able to get an appointment on the weekend if you need one. Conveniently located inside the shopping centre, with chemist attached.

Great Clinic and reception. Both Dr Khan's are extremely professional, my husband and I feel they have a broad understanding in ASD in relation to our children. We definitely appreciate their professionalism and their understanding with dealing with special needs children.

The two different male doctors who I have seen understand quality and professionalism. They are knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend seeing them.

I have been at this Family Practice for over 13 years. My regular doctor is awesome just like a family member. Thoroughness is what I absolutely admire in my doctor and when she's not available, I see another, who I also feel comfortable with. Reception staff are great as well. I would recommend without hesitation

New patient. Booked for the next day late. Professional front desk. Ultra quick wait time , about 14 seconds! Dr Khan took the time at 520 pm to further understand the issue and elevate it up his priority list. Expanding leads for us and giving a clear pathway. This, I imagine, took him more time, past his shift. True example of workers or a business doing the right thing.

Our Gp is very competent and explains the situation really well. We have also seen other doctors there and they are as competent. The availability of a dietician. Pathology, exercise physiologist and pharmacy are an added bonus. Highly recommend it.

I’ve been here twice now for an infusion and the service is fantastic. Quick, easy, and professional. Ruba the Nurse has helped me both times and she is so lovely and helpful. Even listening to her help other patients - she is the kindest.

I had an iron infusion today (first time, was a bit nervous), and Dr Khan was very informative and compassionate with his care. The nurse was very professional, gentle, and fuss-free. Overall a wonderful, comfortable experience.
