Two years ago, I purchased 20% of Sunnybank Hills McDonalds. As the cofounder of McDonalds Australia I would like to say that this place is only good and made me $1,000,000,000 Profit.

Coffee was very warm and strong. Just what I ordered

best maccas ever i went there on the 1st of december 2023 and i was served my maddy i found the ipad screens quite hard to use but maddy came over and helped me order when i revived my meal it was fresh and the store was newly renavated. i asked shynnae to make fresh fries and with out an argument she made fresh fry’s i truly believe this store had changed the management they have been on there a game

Purchasing items for my child's school party was time-sensitive, and their swift resolution made all the difference. The team was not only friendly but also quick and ensured fresh food. I felt welcomed and warm amidst their hospitality."

Consistent good and efficient service, food and coffee always great.

Recently under renovation, but the service is still good. Lots of seating space outside and inside.

Would recommend using the mymaccas app to collect frequent free food and for quick service.

Drive through is good, staff are always friendly.

This McDonald's seems to have been renovated not too long ago. There are 6 self serve ordering machines, a Mccafe, and a children's playground.

An absolute game changer for those of us who start working from home early on our day before the sun even thinks about rising. The Calamvale and Sunnybank McDonald's are a beacon of hope, serving barista-made coffee as early as 4am - 6am. This convenience makes it the perfect pit-stop before settling into a work-from-home day that starts at 6:30am-7:00am. For their commitment to early risers and coffee lovers alike, they deserve a solid five stars, cause nothing else is open for barista made coffee nearby. Highly recommended!

Drive through is insanely fast, quality of food has been consistently good for many years. Whoever the manager is, kudos to you. Also, having cute girls at the drive through window 👌🏻 smart move.

This branch is excellent for functions. It has a very good and fully enclosed room that can be booked for birthdays and other social events. We book this room a lot. Also, the service is good and staff members are very welcoming and accommodating.

I bring a fellow to this McDonalds as part of my job. This is what we think:

Friendly Staff especially Olivia and Kristin
The place is usually clean. The staff always make the hamburgers just right.
Also the staff don't mind if we bring grapes to eat as well.

happy to find it was open late night, so went for a late nite snack after midnight, technically sun morning. felt it was safe as there were 4-5 security guards around the car park, not expecting that at all. Great to make your customers feel safe from the rough crowd that can sometimes can hang around there

Fast service , highly recommended

I've seen a new manager lately, she may well not be New! But instead of trying to shortcut there drive through timer and show a dishonest product time, she managers honest, and only made to pull to a waiting bay if you have to wait. Nice Wok

Besides the U left turn at the driveway entrance, this is good for drive thru. If you're a walk in, there'll be about 100-150 metres from nearby shopping centres and busstops though. Food-wise and services are up to McDonald's standard.
