Never had a bad experience with my GP, nurses or any other staff here. Although very busy they have always been polite & helpful to me, unlike other GP clinics I've been to.

It was a pleasant experience attending this medical centre. Booking appointments is easy, location is convenient and the medicare rebate function on site is great. The staff were also very good.

Able to get an appointment at relatively short notice when my normal GP was unavailable.

Just visiting Cairns but was the best experience we have had with a medical centre in forever, all the staff were fantastic and we were straight in. Spewing we don’t live here as this would be our regular clinic!

This app was for my 15 yr old daughter, the staff and doctor where welcoming and professional. The wait time was surprisingly short, and I was able to get her an app the day I called, which is rare at the moment as doctors are so busy. Doctor was welcoming and thorough, something I'm grateful for as this was for my daughter. Will definitely be taking my children and myself back to this surgery.

I have been a long time patient with family medical centre and from the office manager my doctor and all staff including the pharmacist at the centre I have always been treated with respect kindness and support they show me is so incredible like my family not just a medical centre,I have always left feeling better and fact my dr or office manager take time to pH me or message me just to check on my wellbeing is above and beyond, wouldn't know what to do without there support and kindness and professional advice

For many years now I have attended Cairns Famiy Medical Centre and am happy with my experience there...caring and efficient staff, Doctors who give full attention and are so patient & helpful in answering every query..esp.Dr Ballestro! . I'm 86 and he's keeping me going....

Absolutely wonderful practice - we were visiting from interstate and needed our son attended to and were struggling to find a GP who would see him. I called and Cairns Family Medical Centre told me they could see me straight away. All the staff were attentive, caring, and saw us straight away. Best of all, the visit was bulk billed! Highly recommend this practice to anyone in Cairns.

Also, the reception staff at the clinic has consistently gone above and beyond. Their understanding and compassion, particularly when it comes to the needs of infants, have been truly remarkable.

Ladtly, the facility boasts a clean and spacious environment, conveniently located in proximity to both X-ray and QML Pathology services. Additionally, the center operates on a bulk billing basis and has a small pharmacy inside.
