Ordered a kids table and chairs online. Collected next day. Got it home and it was missing the screws etc. Called them and the store manager brought out a spare set on her way home. Thanks guys - Bubs 'n' Suds. Jade.

Staff are always helpful. I was leaning towards not getting our capsule professionally installed but decided to in the end. The installer did an amazing job and the education piece was well worth it. Definitely worth doing for the low price, if not just to see how a professional does it.

Came into the store today, and Sam was more than helpful with our questions about the car seats. She even came back later to see how we were going. Then an older gentleman came to see if we were happy to continue browsing the prams, and encourage us to ask questions. Even suggested taking a few for a test drive around the store. I wish I had got his name too.
Honestly the best experience going into a new transition for the family.
