Three Point Gold Coast

I had posted a 5 star review a couple of years ago. I have continued to use Three Point Classic over the years. David, Boyd, Nicole and the team never fail to deliver perfect service so I thought it was time to post an updated review. Efficiency, honesty and integrity have continued at all times. I highly recommend them.

I have recently returned to the Gold Coast and I needed to renew the service support for my Mercedes. The Manager David Cocroft & his team were, as before, excellent, great advice and support. Ladies this is a facility that has genuine integrity, is always restpectful, and strives to give you the best priced services.

The team at 3 Point Gold Coast are a dedicated experienced reliable group.
The cleanliness and organisation of the workshop demonstrates that this group know how to run their business...and this attitude flows into everything they do...

Called in today spoke to David who kindly fitted my rear brake globe’s.
He didn’t charge me but gave me a card and said he will look after me when I need a service.

Top people, top service for my Mercedes Benz SL500. (2014/2015).

Three Point Classic did a service on a different vehicle (Mazda) just before the warranty expired and found a hard-to-spot minor engine oil leak high up deep inside the back of the engine. The dealer/manufacturer then fixed it under warranty, after confirming Three Point's findings - there was a tiny factory fault in a gasket, which involved removing the top part of the engine to fix. When I first arrived at the Mazda dealer with my warranty claim, the initial reaction of the service manager was: my model doesn't leak'.

David Cocroft had suggested I bring my new vehicle to them to have a look for warranty issues. I'm so glad I too his advice, and while I will never know for sure, I do wonder if the issue would have been missed during a dealer service.

Consistently the best car servicing experience I have ever had. No 'over-servicing' here; honest, helpful expertise. Friendly, professional, wonderful people and not 'snooty'.

As I rely on my car for work and cover a lot of km, it is crucial that I have a mechanic that I can trust to keep my car well maintained and serviced. Additionally as a female, I appreciate the fact that I can call the guys at Three Point Classic at any time and they are always accommodating , friendly and most importantly treat me with utmost respect . It is great to have a company that you feel total confidence in dealing with, and I can honestly say that Dave and all of the guys have never let me down. The service and attention with Three Point Classic is exceptional. The Team, lead by David, are responsive, reliable, experienced, highly trained and honest.
My recent service for my Maserati Ghibli was exceptional. Three Point sourced the required parts from Maserati and completed the annual service in an exceptional manner. They are always professional, reliable and responsive. Their pricing is very fair, and below the quote received from Maserati Gold Coast.
Before the Maserati service, I had been taking my Audi 6 to Three Point for some years, always with great results. On the rare occasions Three Point needed to refer me to Frizelle Audi, since they were unable to access the Audi parts required for repair, I was disappointed with the Audi level of Service, which was a serious step down compared to Three Point.
Apart from the professionalism offered at Three Point in service and repairs, their quotes have always been very reasonable, and always less than Frizelle Audi, notwithstanding the so called Heritage discount they offer.
As an example of their level of honesty, upon picking up my car following repair, the grill had been damaged, and when I pointed this out to David and the Team, they had no hesitation in replacing with a new grill.
I have no hesitation in recommending Three Point Classic.

Best service! Used to go to the dealership but I know I'm actually getting looked after with this company. These guys serviced my car for a great price and also recommended a local airconditioning specialist which I have since been to. The service was great and now my air con is working as well. Probably the best car service company I've dealt with. We've owned Holdens, Falcons, a Saab, a VW, and a few Mercs in Sydney, Canberra and Gold Coast, so I have a several other operations to compare them to. Really helpful, efficient and economical. Car servicing is never an easy business and these people do it really well.

David and his team do a fabulous job on my merc. They know their stuff! Are courteous and good value !
