Domayne Bundall

Just a week from Christmas and we needed a dryer for the new apartment. After some online research, we headed off to our retailer of choice, but then we saw Domayne! Then we met Tanya, and my, she was so helpful. Had in stock the dryer we needed, and an excellent deal all round, plus next day delivery! Dryer came today and they installed. Absolutely fantastic service!
But the story continues. Our 11yo washing machine had been in storage over 3 months and today died. Tanya to the rescue today with another great deal, and delivery tomorrow morning. And i'm totally confident they will deliver! Domayne...the place to go! And, see Tanya!

Feeling upset due to damage on furniture went to Domayne Bundall and Thierry is tops - he went above and beyond in effortlessly, effectively and efficiently not only in giving us details of next steps but contacted Guardsman directly to check their details were current and verified our information - a model customer service person - we need more like Thierry.

I was looking at purchasing a new sofa, and since the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with great energy from staff. I was asked if I needed help and was shown a big range of Australian made and even Italian made lounges. The manager worked out some prices, and I ended up buying a lounge from them. I’m so happy with my purchase and overall experience with this store and highly recommend it.

Went there looking for a fridge freezer. Greg served me and he is absolutely amazing 👏 very helpful and gave me lots of options, giving me pluses and minuses of each option. He only works Tue and Fri, so if you are there then, good idea to ask his advice. I was concerned about how to connect the water tube, which he then showed me. Domayne Bundall is part of Harvey Norman. The delivery price is cheaper than Good Guys down the road on Upton Street.

We would like to share our story and celebrate the victory of outstanding customer service by the Owner and 2IC at Domayne Bundall Bedding & Furniture. My wife and I spent close to $20,000 on a Tempur base and mattresses… etc. We were willing to pay whatever it took to get the best sleep each night. Tempur mattresses for some are fabulous but for us it was the worst sleep we have ever had with neck, shoulder and body ache each morning. We did everything we were told to do to soften the mattress with no avail. Tempur the company would not support it’s customers needs and sent us a letter of excuse so that they had no responsibility. This is where I want to jump up and down and really shout Marc and Tania’s praises from Domayne Bundall. They listened, they went into bat for us and through a lot of hard work and a sincere willingness to help, they were able to exchange our Tempur mattresses for a mattress that is perfect for us. It is literally the best mattress we have ever slept on and we couldn’t be more happy. It shows the integrity, commitment and genuine care shown for their customers. We would invite you and encourage you to buy your bedding and from Domayne Bundall. Go and see Marc or Tania and they will help you find the best mattress for the ultimate sleep. I am. It normally someone who writes reviews good or bad but in this particular instance warranted a comment.

Whist browsing the fridge/freezer department I was greeted with a cheery greeting and beautiful smile. The lady’s name was Crystal, and, despite my almost impossible request, didn’t give up on trying to find the best solution to my problem. Crystal went to great lengths to accommodate my needs and came up with a compromise which suited me perfectly.

Consequently a purchase was made and I left the store feeling extremely grateful for her assistance and solution she came up with.

Would you please pass on my grateful thanks to this lovely lady and I can only conclude by saying she is an absolute asset to your store.

Chrystal was amazing! We had been to three other stores & gone around in circles on the internet. She listened to what we needed & thought we wanted. She showed us a few options, & we landed on the most perfect solution for us. She had just done some training in the brand we bought, so her knowledge was impeccable! We dropped by Domayne as we had heard the service was professional and the range more up to date than local competitors.

We found that information to be correct across all aspects of the store, we met with multiple staff and even the owner (who is a fantastic person btw) and found everything to be the best of quality. We walked out with the best price on a big sony tv and we are coming back for a new lounge set.

I had a good experience there today. I returned a product I bought last week and swapped it for another. The staff were very accommodating

After more than 15 years of wonderful service my Toshiba plasma TV recently gave up the ghost, and I was informed that parts to resurrect it were simply no longer made. So I found myself searching through the range of new “Smart TVs”. (Which seem to cynical me anything but “smart”. I mean, the picture and sound are very impressive, but navigating them is a nightmare initially, especially as you seem to keep landing on Pay TV options. And no manuals on paper any more?)
But what other option is there today?
I visited every TV store in the area over the next days to see what was available, but gradually a “smart” Samsung became the most likely choice. The best early advice came from Thierry at Domayne Bundall. Then I found in two of the big local competitors prices identical to Domayne for the model I settled on (the Serif). And it was $300 more in two further competitors.
But I finally returned to Domayne at Bundall so I could buy from Thierry. But again only, in the end, after a whole lot more questions. Thierry deserved the sale, as his service far outshone everywhere else I’d been. Greatly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Purchasing with piece of mind knowing you can trust the company and therefore product. I had a problem with a product I purchased December. The assistance with the warranty claim has been brilliant. Thank you.
