Bundall Mitre 10

Delighted with my experience yesterday at Mitre 10 Bundall.
Purchased 2 x laundry trolleys with 8 castors to be attached.
Asked rather intrepidly if salesperson could do this for me.
My good fortune in that it happened to be “salesman extraordinaire — LUKE “ who so efficiently carried out the task. Much appreciated.
Have never been to this store before but will definitely go again.

Their team are always helpful and very polite…but today Luke” impressed me. He had gone beyond the usual service with people at the line b4 me but he also provided me in the most helpful manner. He needs to be awarded as “Mitre 10 ‘s model employee of the month”!

Couldn’t be more happier, they replaced my faulty masport mower with a new one the next day, with no if’s or but’s, they have my business, throughly recommended.

This is a great shop that offers a wide range of products for any home projects. It also has all your camping and outdoor needs. The customer service we received was outstanding. Highly recommended this store.

This place is so handy. It opens early during the week and they have saved me plenty of times as the actually have a lot in this store.

The prices are fair and you don’t have to drive out of your way just to get a few items or tools.

Luke was amazing helping me make my purchase over the phone. The website advertised that the product I was buying could only be bought in store, not delivered. Luke organised delivery all over the phone. He was so helpful and patient. This bloke deadset needs a pay rise.

As I entered the store I was greeted by three happy looking staff that were eager to help.They showed me where my product was which was great.When paying the young fella chuckled about at my $6 purchase.Overall great experience

Great staff very Friendly! Even though the online order took longer than expected when I rang up to ask about when it, Luke went and check 3 different location and still couldn't find it, he said he would leave a note for the manger. great staff very friendly! thanks for the effort!

We can find all kind of lawn mower and garden supplies, staffs have good attitude with customers

The customer service at this store is exceptional, we had ordered a product at a different mitre 10, went to pick it up and they had sold it to someone else. I immediately called this Southport store and Luke on the front desk was incredible and had solved my problem within the hour! He was extremely friendly and helpful and we will only be shopping here from now on!

I had a fantastic customer experience today with Tarryn. There was a glitch with my click and collect on some firewood supplies. I requested a refund due to stock not being available today for pick up. She granted that and then called me back and had managed to find all that I was looking for and quickly solved the problem so I could pick up after work. Everyone was extremely helpful when I arrived and now I can enjoy my fire pit with my family this weekend. Thankyou for such a wonderful customer experience ☺

I needed a shower floor squeegee for my mum and I found a window wiper that works right! And guess what, before visiting this store, I was usually running to Bunnings! Now I now there's a handy hardware shop nearby!

Pretty good range for a smaller store & staff are helpful & can order things in quickly if not in stock
