Excellent customer service and appliance knowledge from Peter at The Good Guys Bundall store. He assisted us with thorough assessment of multiple washing machines and was very patient in answering our questions (we have had our last machine for 25 years and an efficient and reliable machine is very important to us). He was also happy to look up any answers he didn't know, so we could make an informed decision about which washing machine best suited our needs. Absolutely 5 star customer service and knowledge from Peter which we appreciated - thank you. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service from Luke today. After a couple of hiccups with a TV delivery that never arrived which was ordered via The Good Guys 1300 number Luke has been so helpful in sorting this out for me. I was completely impressed with his professionalism, communication and follow up. Thank you Luke.

The store person was considerate of my needs and circumstances and the two delivery persons were helpful and obliging. They were willing to move furniture to bring the refrigerator inside and place it all back perfectly. I was very happy with their service.

Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Try to give them most of our business, but sometimes they don't have items we are after. They always match prices and look after you if something is faulty.

We had THE BEST shopping experience at this store. We met the beautiful lady called Carol with a lovely smile, she couldn’t do enough for us. Her professional service, knowledge are just remarkable and she offered a great price too. We were totally satisfied with the whole experience and walked out with a TV, a Refrigerator, a dryer, security cameras and few other items. Our LG fridge "died". It was under warranty and LG offered us a store credit through The Good Guys at Bundall. As we had purchased it through buying our apartment and the warranty had been transferred to us from the previous owner, it was rather complicated. We went to The Good Guys on Friday afternoon, we were in the middle of organising and awaiting a confirmation email from their call centre in Manila, we then had to go and collect out grandson from school, came back to Good Guys and they had it all organised and our new replacement fridge was delivered Saturday morning. Fantastic!! We dealt with Mark C and Di. Thank you to both of you, you were brilliant. Will definitely go back to this store for our next purchase.
