Fantastic service from Alex. If you are wanting to buy a phone, I highly recommend you talk with Alex before you purchase any phone. Very knowledgeable and experienced in mobile phones and plans. Not pushing products but will advise you on all the options.
Really happy but had to go to another store to purchase it as it was out of stock.

Went in the other weekend to buy a Drone for a friend as a group present.
I had done a little googling and thought I knew what I wanted but needed some advice. Chris saw me and we had such a good chat about it all! He didn’t pressure me into spending more and seemed to genuinely want to help me get the drone that I suited my situation. He understood that I only had a certain amount of money to spend on behalf of everyone and went through all my options.
He gave me his advice on what he thought I should purchase which I ended up taking a few days later. He wasn’t forcefully trying to get a sale and reassured me on my thought processes as I knew little to nothing about drones.
I just wanted to say thank you to Chris for being so friendly and gentle with me as I was very nervous purchasing something on behalf of others. You made it such a relaxing experience! Our friend loved his gift!

Only JB in the area to have the DVD we were looking for. Lots listed on line as having it but when we arrived at store it couldn't be found. Great service . Thank you.

Staffs here extremely friendly and helpful, especially the purple hair lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) at checkout, so lovely. I was here early when my order wasn’t ready, she’s more than happy get them for me instantly, one of the items was out of stock, she went above and beyond managed to get another brand, match price and finish the order in a tick! Exceptional customer service. Thank you.

I needed a new 65" TV. Having been to other retailers who seemed rather disinterested it was very refreshing to have Dan and Tom so helpful and friendly.

The person who took care of my shopping was very nice and polite with a nice smile. I saved some money too as he showed me more reasonable product that has same function. Thank you!

Recently bought a washing machine from the Bundall store and was served by Anita. She was so friendly, polite and had a wealth of knowledge on the products. She went through each brand with us and explained all the functions etc, even when it was almost close of business. We were so impressed with her customer service skills, she is an asset to the store.

Another best places to buy electronics. It has a range of electronics, computers to dash cams. There is ample parking and no rush at the shop. Shop is not too big, but the staff are excellent and super helpful. They have super amazing deals from time to time. Keep your eye out for the catalogue items.

After attempting to purchase an 86 inch tv elsewhere and walking out due to terrible customer service, we called around to try find somewhere with this tv instock.

We found it online elsewhere for cheaper but JB Bundall we’re happy to price match and we picked it up that day.

The staff were AMAZING, “Dan” helped us with the sale of the tv and this was a smooth transaction. Extremely pleasant.

We also had a great experience with an Isaac whilst in store, letting us know about phone deals without being too pushy.

The staff out in the collection dock were great. Super nice and although they were concerned we were transporting the tv via our Ute, they weren’t rude. Gave advice and that was that. (The tv was fine by the way).

The whole process was so great, a phone call to Dan, instore communication, the communication and the pickup.

We are not local to this store but would definitely return for important purchases in the future.
