Cynthia is a hair magician! She's the only person I trust with my locks, especially the hair cuts and her recent balayage masterpiece is proof. The color is stunning, couldn’t be happier.

Harmony (from a different Stefan salon) was brilliant! She did such an amazing job at a bouncy blowout, attentive to detail and so gentle too. Beautiful customer service too, would recommend :)

Pampering with a haircut? YES! Flattering cut, charming and caring stylist Gabriel, smart consulting from Anna, and ample bubbly combined for a relaxed escape from the stresses of the week I felt well and truly cared about. Ahhhh.....!

Best hair cut and salon experience I have had so far! Never been so content with a hair cut both leaving the salon and now styling it myself. Cannot be more thankful to Leah and will definitely be returning :)

My wife had her hair done here last week and she said they treated her like VIP. The staff are lovely and now she is able to style her hair better than she ever has. Highly recommend this place :).

My first time going to Stefan at Pac fair and I will say it will not be the last time either. Very happy with my service! I am of an Asian decent, so you know how stubborn my hair would be to lighten to blonde plus I have thick long hair. Leah did such an amazing job with my hair she really understands what you want and achieves it! She is soo sweet and is an actual hairdresser who cares about her clients making sure they are happy with the outcome. I came on a Monday and sadly I could see they were short staffed as there were only two staff on. And I spent the whole day there only because my hair is super long and thick and not once did I see Leah leave to go on break she took every minute to serve each and every one of her clients. At one point saw her multitasking 3 at once! she was cross checking to make sure the cut was even and each and everyone of her clients were happy. You can really tell she is really passionate about her job. And in my opinion Leah deserves a raise!!

Had a wonderful experience during my hair appointment today. Friendly and caring staff that look after your needs as an individual. Made sure my experience was comfortable. Walked out today feeling refreshed and relaxed.

I saw Emma 2 weeks ago, she did my colour cut and treatments and I'm so happy! It's so hard to find a hairdresser that knows exactly what you want and can achieve it for you! Haven't been this happy with my hair for a long time thank you so much! You will 100% be my new hairdresser. Emma recommended me with amazing products that I have taken home and been using. The ladies are lovely and the apprentice was very professional. Highly recommend this salon.

Anna and the team at Pacific Fair saved my hair after it was left damaged from being over-processed at another salon. The whole team are super nice and made me feel welcome every visit. Every week they provided great service and have made my hair feel amazing again! I can't thank Anna and every one else at Stefan enough!

I am a fan of keratin treatment and I have to say , My 1st visit to Stefan salon Pacific Fair branch was honestly the most convenient,professional, friendly and affordable service I ever found across Gold Coast !

I had this express keratin treatment by Brianna and Anna, the result was blown me away! It also cost me less than what it listed on website if you book online! How bizarre

Absolutely amazing! I have naturally really dark hair and have been blonde for the last few years, I had left it for a while so had a lot of multi toned blonde throughout and super dark regrow and in one session the lovely staff at Stefan’s pacific fair got my hair so light tonight and all evenly colored. I am so happy with the result and honesty didn’t think it would have turned out this great. Best hair salon the staff do an amazing job. I have been to so many different hair salons on the coast and no other salon compares. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Stefans in Pacific Fair. I have nothing but the best service from them always but my last visit stood out! My hair was completely ruined as I got bored and decided I could maybe do a few highlights myself. Biggest mistake. It was orange and dry . From the moment I sat down for the appointment it was a team effort of knowledge sharing and just a sense of relief as I knew they trying to find the best way to help me..I walked out of there feeling a million dollars and could possibly say this is the best customer service I've ever had. The manager is a delight and it obviously rubs off on her friendly and professional team. I would love to give a 10 star review because I think they doubled my expectations. Such a lovely salon, all the girls are well presented and very friendly, they really listened to you and gave you options and ideas for your service. They didn't push you into buy products and gave you multiple price options to help you. They made everything about you and they truly do care about the health and integrity of your hair and what is best for it. Always offering you tea or coffee or juice if your not a coffee or tea drinker. They explained the service to you and what it in-tales. They also wave your parking as well as your getting your hair done and give you all the information need for that as well. These girls are full of knowledge so feel free to ask them anything if they don't know they are more than happy to find out for you. 10/10 would recommend them for a colour transformation.

I visited qld in April and had shoulder length hair , I went ito pacific hair salon and had an amazing colour and style cut. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I’m heading back to qld in November and have booked another appt. I highly recommend them

Very good service today. Looked after my for about 5 hours and got the perfect balayage blend! showed them colours of what i wanted when i arrived, and got a colour/blend better than the photos!
