best 7/11 ever the staff are so so friendly and kind! i go in here every day and they always greet me with a massive smile & conversation, they have to put up with so much drama from rude drunks so for them to still be so friendly deserves 5 stars alone, super clean products are always in stock and machines are always ready to use definitely shows great management.

Friendly staff but this place is filthy and stinks like rotting garbage.

I came here after a night at the star casino. Was really wanting a pie. However when i walked into the seven eleven i asked the guy behind the counter who was standing there talking to his mates not really caring about us customers. I asked if there was any hot pies in the back? he looked at me rudely and said no! We said can i buy a cold one i can cook it at home? He said no, i said well you might want to keep up with doing your job like stock take and re stocking the stock. This was on 31-3-24 at about 1am morning. The staff need to be more more driven and keeping things stocked up! If the indians people behind the seven eleven counters dont want to work there is oots of aussie that know how to keep a well stocked shop and stock take making the business more successful!

Extremely poor customer service! Very rude staff! We went to the store to get some coffee on Christmas Day. All of a sudden, the store manager came to us and blamed us saying why we touched the machine. Apparently the coffee machine was in cleaning mode but there was no signage saying ‘cleaning in progress and do not touch’. The store manager was extremely rude and aggressive. He had no sense of apology for the potential safety hazard of people drinking the coffee that has detergent in it. I guess he just expected everyone to know how 7-11 coffee machine works. I’m not surprised about its extremely low score on google.

Sold invalid go explore ticket and the staff told we had to come back on the same day to report. Unbelievable.

DO NOT DO CASH PAYMENTS! THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU! Especially if seem intoxicated or late at night. The staff had denied myself a receipt for my purchase after I had caught the cashier trying to overcharge me. His excuse for scrunching up the reciept in front of me instead of handing it to me was because of the fact that it was a store copy. He would then not print a customer copy for myself. He also had told me incorrect pricing for items that i had bought to cover up for the extra dollars he had charged. He refused to give me a full refund, even when i had decided that i no longer wanted to be a customer at this store. I asked for his name he refused and instead starts to begin to insinuate that im "retarted" and made me feel that way by his comments that he made towards me as i continued to ask for a copy of the recipet... that he was making out to be illegal for me to have! When I left the store he deiced to follow me out, (a young female, late at night, getting followed by older male out on to an ally way) he obviously realised that he messed and has got scared that I would report him. So he tried to make me out as the bad guy and publicly shame me! He caused a scene by yelling out that I was a criminal and had stolen from the store as he pointed and tried to shame me in the street. I did not steal, and I don't expect to be accused of it when leaving a store empty handed. Im appalled with this customer service, and with similar past encounters... goes to really show that your business has no dignity or respect towards its customers. 7/11 one suggestion that I would advice that you consider is the need for a more thorough check of your employements historybackground checked...because you seem to be hiring majority of individuals whose hobbies include praying on innocent victims who are only trying to enjoy the night life of surfers/broadbeach.

Came in and paid $30 to top up go explore travel cards, girl on the counter refused to give a receipt. Went to catch the bus to Coolangatta and all the cards we had paid to top up didn’t work! I hoping it’s just a mistake! Tried to call the store but no answer. Won’t be exploring anything today 😔

I called to ask about stock and the lady hung up on me instantly refusing to answer any calls

On 27/07 at around 11:45pm, as we were browsing the store, we were told to hurry up, making selection and leave as he were on the phone with his Airpod. Apparently, he got work to do as in cleaning the store but given the store is 24/7, I am unsure why the rush. We were been there for only 10 mins before getting rushed out by the attendee. Very disappointing customer service.

Asked do you have 95 on the phone because not all 7-elevens do and the c u next tuesday working just hung up, now won’t answer the phone. Great customer service, NOT.

Sold me out of date thicken cream (only by one day). Service was also average and place was very dirty
