If one can say they have had an amazing experience at adidas pacific ! I was just served by the most delightful lady, Io! She was so helpful with sizing and her service by far was the most helpful and accomodating I’ve had in a while! Thankyou Io and adidas !

Went looking for a pair of running shoes and one of the Shop Assistants (a girl) helped me so much to choose the right pair for me. She literally spent 20’ helping me and explaining things about both running and running shoes. Great customer service!

I had been shopping couple of times in adidas pacfair and my experience is always pleasant, especially to one of The ladies staffs name Bridget, she’s like my personal shopping assistant, very helpful always assisting and super friendly ❤ , also a lady name maddy is super patient and helpful,
brea is another staff lady she was there comforting me when i Had a terrible day ( my belongings and shopping items were stolen at pacfair) she gave me a hug!! Very genuine and lovely, i cant imagine if you guys here were complaining about them, meanwhile in my experience they’re amazing above and beyond

and couple of men staffs are also nice and helpful, 10 stars of this shop and their costumer service! Definitely recommend snd im gonna be your loyal costumer❤ Thank you so much

ADIDAS PACIFIC FAIR is now a performance store, which basically means more ‘active wear’, rather than trying to squeeze it together with ‘originals’ or street wear ranges.

You can DEFINITELY still buy really awesome pieces here tho. There were some pieces that we’re really unusual & super on trend, also some similar to ‘originals’.

However there is an ‘originals’ store on Cavil Avenue, Surfers Paradise which is close by to this shop.

We bought 3 pairs of shoes & , so you can still get the sales person was AMAZING! knew his stuff & made the experience easy & fun.

He let us know about the club we could join for free & we got 15% off our first purchase!

Also they do still sell ‘originals superstars’, ‘Stan smith’ shoes etc…

Great store with Huge range of Shoes in Different Sizes, Staff were Great

I really like pottering around this modern store located in Pacific Fair shopping centre. The Adidas brand is iconic in the comfortable, fashionable sporting shoe and clothing range. I have previously purchased pairs of Adidas shoes in America and they have been the most comfortable, well wearing shoes that I’ve owned. I find the Adidas quality exceptional and they do seem to last longer, retaining their shape and foot support. The range in Australia is different and more expensive than the US, but you do get sale bargains in this Pacific Fair store, so it’s well worth a look see. Their range evolves all the time and they have great kids shoes as well. They also stock the Adidas sports clothing. The sports tights and tops are comfortable, they wash well and are very practical. The staff are always helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service and they know their product range exceptionally well.

I went to to try and find a pair of shoes for walking and the gym. Unaware that is was a casual store only. (Their sports store in not open at the moment.) The young man who served me (sorry didn't get his name.) was fantastic and gave me advice on what shoes to look for and could not have been more helpful. THANK YOU!

My son got a great pair of size 14 show. After going to 3 other shop that had no size 14 at all
