Myer Pacific Fair

Beautiful and big shopping center. It has all the shops you love. The food court has wide variety of food options.

When so many other Myer stores have closed or become run-down in recent years, this store is a delight. Fresh, clean, open spaces. Three levels of quality products across almost every range you'll want at a wonderful variety of price levels, from intermediate to high end. The store is well staffed, with sales assistants highly visible everywhere. They know their products, listen to your needs and make suggestions, without the hard sell. Letting the customer know that you know best, even if it means that you can return to make that purchase another day.

There is plenty of variety, many shops for all occasions. You could spend hours here, well, not me, but my wife could.

Sale Assistant was very helpful explaining how the discount for certain products works. Found out most of the discounts offered were attractive. Not forgetting the polite personnel at the pay counter. I felt welcome there. Therefore I had a wonderful shopping experience at Myer.

Annette- Nicole was amazing in the perfume section. Very friendly and customer service felt genuine and honest. In future would definitely go back for her advice.

Absolutely delighted by the experience me and my partner had here today! We went in just to have a look around and the ladies working in the fragrance section were amazing! They recommended many different scents and tried to find a scent we absolutely loved. The service was incredible!

Excellent variety of women's cosmetics, clothing and accessories. I was fortunate to be served by Merle in Est'ee Lauder. She was knowledgeable about products and topped up the service with beautiful smile.

There is direct access to the carpark via an internal escalator so that you can dodge the paparazzi.

The sales are available online so if you're too busy to rock in, you can shop and get the goodies delivered, sometimes for free.

Looking for a school formal gown has been difficult due to my daughter gaining a lot of weight due to medication. But when I found a dress at pacific fair store I was greeted by Becca a sales assistant. She went above and beyond for me. We found a dress and she offered to help my daughter if she needed more assistance. I was shocked when she told me she’d only been working there for 9 days. Great employee showed empathy and was genuinely concerned.

Tracy from Chanel was the biggest help today! She was lovely to interact with and was super knowledgeable in her field, making our experience really enjoyable. Can’t wait to shop there again.

Corey served us in the footwear department and helped us out with some gorgeous Steve Madden heels. He was extremely friendly, funny and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable of the charities that Myer supports and I appreciated that a lot.
