NAB Pacific Fair - Tellerless Branch

Excellent customer service. Have never waited in queue for longer than 5 minutes. Naomi Currie set up an account for me, she was extremely polite and efficient.

Nab receptionist on 18th mid day ish. Wanting to open new account Excellent customer service. Absolutely very helpful. Thankyou so much. Will be back with requirements.
After going to 3big banks Westpac. ANZ.& Commonwealth, though helpful, however, not the answer I was looking for, reasons given were not logical for a simple first time savings account for a child under 12.who just wants to save and take her piggy bank money too (like adults) No card of course until much older.
Big banks wake up. They are your future. Sometimes it's better to exercise your discretion outside the box. Thankyou NAB I had given up and was on my way back home and happened to be passing by your branch.

Fill in staff member Felicity at this branch today 6th Dec, was very informative and absolutely polite and really helpful with my enquiry. In between that having to witness a horrible and blatantly unnecessarily rude customer treat her helpful service poorly was terrible to have to watch, it was so undeserving for any team member to have to deal with, especially a woman as approachable and helpful as Felicity.
Though she handled herself professionally and kindly. Definitely a staff member to be put forth for further recognition and perhaps a staff incentive for being so wondeful. She gave me the push to definitely join NAB today.

The bank is good, but the ATM should accept deposits or withdrawals without a card. It's 2023, all other banks accept it with the phone's TAP or the password.

Some acknowledgment and eye contact will be good when people are waiting. Stood at the counter for five minutes with no welcome smile or something like “we’ll be with you in a bit”. I get that there were only two teller and both with someone else but hmmm that’s not the kind of customer service you’ll expect from a reputable bank.

The lady who eventually helped me was efficient and helpful.

It felt very uncomfortable to stand outside the bank to do my banking. There should be an ATM inside or they should accept the banking over the counter.

Can't deposit cash even via an ATM her at this branch. Disappointed as just had a hone loan approved. I'll keep doing my daily banking with Comm bank.

Quite disgusted to overhear a staff member directing a customer to australia post to do their cash deposit when the machine said their note wasn’t accepted. Staff didn’t even check the note or try to assist with the deposit. AUS post banking is designed for rural communities that don’t have access to branches, not pacific Fair.

I went to the Broadbeach NAB at Pacific Fair at 12.15pm today and the sign on the door says we are closed from 12.00pm to 1.15pm. Ok so I went and did some shopping and came back at 1.15pm. I waited in the queue for 20 minutes because there was only 1 teller working. When I finally get to the front to be served the teller tells me I cant deposit cash on to my credit card because the bank is cashless and she points me in the direction of the ATM machines outside. WHAT, CASHLESS BANKS?? When did this happen?? A bank that doesn't except cash?? Anyway I went through the ordeal of depositing the cash through the ATM and to top my day off the ATM ate my card. The staff here seem nice but really what has happened to banking in Australia. How do you cash cheques nowadays if the banks are cashless??

Terrible branch, terrible customer service, terrible bank all round. Avoid at all costs.

I've never seen a bank not accept cash before. This has to be the most ridiculous thing ive ever seen. Can't even deposit money into someone else's account without having an account with them... All other banks allow cardless cash deposits and cardless withdrawls. If you want to make a cash deposit you have to drive another 20min away. A digital bank that isn't actually digital.

Customer service from young Naomi was terrible,was asking information why my card wouldn't work and she said I must of ordered the account to be closed when I didn't do this,she was arguing the point that I must have when I didn't,she wouldn't listen to anything i was saying,she was unhelpful,arrogant with bad attitude,alot to learn about customer service young lady👎
