Terry White Pac Fair are amazing, the staff are always helpful and professional. When needed to ask the pharmacist about a new medication they have been easy to talk to and I am able to understand any side affects. I have run out of a script and going to doctor the next day they have given me the medication on a loan script.
Can’t fault them. Don’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else

This is my new go-to pharmacy - What an experience! I was very nervous about receiving my vaccination as I’m terrified of needles. Utah the pharmacist made the vaccination painless and easy for me! Would highly recommend this pharmacy for their exceptional staff and services!

Thankyou for wonderful service. I always feel welcomed when I shop here. I love looking at the specials while I wait for the great pharmacists to do their work. It's mostly busy, their fantastic customer service and access to a wide range of medicines and products at good prices attract all ages. Grab your meds and a gift for someone...or yourself! Special mention to pharmacy assistant Nicole today.
I was asking for a few pharmacy over the counter items for my husband's chesty cough and cold symptoms. She asked very pertinent questions about his symptoms, his general health and any other medications he might be taking . I also was similarly professionally questioned about the medication I had asked her for.
Little did she realise that I am a GP and I was not deliberately testing her knowledge either!
Well done Nicole! I felt I was in very safe hands being your customer.

My best friend suggested I come here after seeing her post on Facebook Gold Coast Goodies about the best people & professionals on the Gold Coast. I listened to Melissa because she is born & bred owned company just ask a local promoting the best businesses on the Gold Coast and was the Gold Coast Tourism Ambassador. I can tell you she was right on. The Pharmacist Mel is beyond excellent she discussed all my medications and discussed my entire medical background. It’s very rare to find skills and service at this level. If anyone has significant health issues you must meet pharmacist Mel she is what all of us deserve and need. Old school service. Pls never leave here Mel and if you do tell us where you are.
