NexGen Pharma Compounding Pharmacy

My experience with NextGen has been nothing but pleasant, Each time I have made an order I haven't had to wait longer than 24 hours for them to have the Medication shipped off and into aus posts tracking system, Then right to my doorstep!
Thanks to the close eye kept of their orders and the lovely customer support from Niamh, I have had my issues resolved in minutes. Great customer service is something that is very rare to find, This business and employees like Niamh display what NextGen is all about- which is client satisfaction. There is nothing more satisfying than feeling heard and your priorities being met by businesses/employees. 5 Stars could not recommend any otherwise

Always extremely helpful and very quick at getting your scripts dispensed. Staff are so lovely and helpful to deal with over the phone. Thankyou for making it so easy to fill my prescriptions - I’m in QLD and I have received my scripts next day unlike my local chemist who didn’t stock and would take a week to have the medicine in. I won’t be using anyone else!

NextGen Pharma have amazing staff that go above and beyond to help get you what you need. Niamh works in customer service at NextGen and is an absolute pleasure to deal with, I cannot stress enough how helpful she was in resolving a delivery issue caused by a third party delivery service. She worked half an hour past her roastered time ON A FRIDAY to help me resolve the issue. If you are her manager, give her a raise, she was exceptionally understanding and was very prompt in sending me in the right direction!

The female staff are prompt and excellent with their service and dispatch Emily is a constant stand out with her prompt and friendly service. Always within 24hrs. The male staff on the otherhand always take an additional 24 hrs on dispatch and delivery for some unexplained reason. Being male myself there is probably a
chromosome issue somewhere in there. No need to harp on about it. Otherwise overall 9/10

Absolute pleasure to give this wonderful pharmacy nothing but more then a 5 star service! The staff are extremely kind and very understandable, from experience going outta there own way in there own time to ensure a parcel was to be deliverd interstate ontime..

Cannot say good enough things about the staff here. Ramon and the whole team are genuine,kind,helpful and go out of their way to help. I take medication regularly and thanks to the consideration and thoughtfulness of the team here it has been easy to get my medication when I need it. Service is outstanding.

Medication can be ordered in advance. Collection then only takes a couple of minutes to dispense. I regularly see this chemist and genuinely belive that they are the best option for anyone who would prefer to access their Medication promptly and in person. I love this place as they constantly stock a large variety of prescribed Medicinal Medication.

A pleasure to deal with them as they are very informative and helpful. Their reminder messaging system is great and lets you know when your script is ready. Really appreciated them when during lockdown as my script got ready - they sent someone to my house to drop it off.

Had a great experience at NexGen today. Absolutely lovely customer service. They were able to prepare my baby's medicine within a few hours. The location was fabulous & very convenient parking right at the door. Value for money was unbeatable as we saved nearly 50% compared to our previous pharmacy. Will absolutely be coming back!

We used NexGen for our son's vitamin which we were unable to get commercially. We were so grateful to find NexGen as they were able to make the product.
