The PP team were fantastic to deal with, they are all so kind and helpful. I organised my daughter’s 1st birthday party balloons with them and they did an amazing job! I was painfully indecisive about what I wanted and they were so patient with me and gave my lots of great options. I picked the balloons up on Saturday and they still looked perfect when we opened them up on Sunday. The end result was beautiful and they lasted for so long! I will definitely be using them again.

Alison in particular was very generous in allowing us to hold on to the pole that the balloon arrangement was attached to, much longer than planned because the arrangement lasted for over 4 weeks , which is incredible!

Been here two years in a row for my little ones birthday balloons.

First year in lockdown so all done online, delivered to my door - flawless process, great conversation about colour options and there are so many choices.

Second year I got to go in store to have a look and chat. I went to pick up the balloons a week later and they blew my mind.

Gorgeous arrangements, with great quality ballons. I get so much time out of them and my little one loves playing with them for weeks and weeks after.

Alison and her team are amazing! Organizing a party can be a stressful experience but Alison put me at ease and offered great advice. I received the best customer service. They use good quality helium balloons that lasted for almost 2 weeks!! I'll be back again next time I have a party on !

If you want balloons for your event, this is the place to go. The customer service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble and the balloons I ordered for my mother's birthday were perfect in every way. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing service from Alison and Kate! They put together the most beautiful custom balloon bouquet for me, with almost no notice AND delivered it! Thank you so much ladies, I will definitely be in touch for any future events.

Initial query was online, Alison was prompt to reply with idea for decorating our work function. She was able to organise it under short notice and have the decorations delivered to the restaurant our work function was located at. We gave our full trust in her and she absolutely fulfilled exactly what we were after. Customer service was great decorations were fantastic and price was fair! Definately worth considering for your next function!
