I have only ever dealt with Games Empire digitally due to living out of state but I would come in every week if I could.

Any communication I have had with Games Empire staff is always quick with a professional friendliness that doesn't make you feel like you're dealing with a "different department".

The service and consideration I have received has been exemplary and they have guaranteed themselves a lifelong customer.

A wonderful hobby shop that is absolutely worth your business.
Previously, I've only purchased from their online store as I'm from out of state, however I had the opportunity to visit yesterday and it did not disappoint.

The store itself was absolutely crammed with all forms of products at incredibly competitive prices. Alongside this, the staff were extremely helpful and information.

Been ordering from this place for years and as someone who spends way too much on Warhammer products, this shop has been a lifesaver. Mostly get deliveries for convenience, but they always arrive quickly and well packaged. The times I have been in store, staff has been friendly and helpful. This place squeezes heaps of boardgames and tabletop/miniature items into one small place. They open just 3 days a week, but you can access their online shop at anytime. Also, Martin is very friendly and accomodating.

Always great prices and super easy to deal with. They reply quickly to my emails and have been super happy to help me with all my queries (also, you always get a little MTG promo if you are buying MTG packs. this always makes me really happy to buy MTG from them)

Today I had a delivery of games and I rang the Shop and they were so helpful. Plus the games were packed the best I have seen, which is great as one is a gift.

I was looking for a specific DnD dice tray everywhere and Games Empire was the only shop with stock left and can deliver, so I brought it straight away and it came in 3 days from interstate!! Plus they have a wide variety of products 👌

I just love this place, been going here for years (i think ~2017 onwards). The people running it are lovely and helpful (I often have a chat with Martin or his wife about the hobby and family). The variety available is excellent and really decent prices, plus it's not too far away for me to be worth a drive and have a browse while I pick up my latest acquisitions. Plus the location is accessible without being a standard people-filled 'shop' in a mall. Their prices are often the best but if there's a few dollars variation, I'll go here hands down my favourite place cos I can pick up and browse not just order online and have faceless interaction.

I’ve ordered from here a couple of times. My last order had a small issue with some cutouts not being central. Martin was extremely helpful and replaced the parts without hassle.
