I was kept up to date with delivery instructions and easy to follow payment policy. All items were unpacked and put together in their place. Delivery driver even removed the boxes from the lounge room and put near the rubbish

We had a wonderful experience ordering new furniture for our first home. The sales team at Kotara were extremely helpful and we were able to order some absolutely beautiful pieces which we know we’ll treasure for years to come! The delivery was also a very pleasant experience - they were incredibly professional and had all of our furniture put together in a very short amount of time. I would recommend Nick Scali to anyone and will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Jeje was amazing during my in store experience. Providing all information required, allowing adequate time to browse and try lounge options, while also being nearby when needed. Communication and delivery were also fantastic, the delivery team were prompt, and efficient.

Excellent customer service from all staff, particularly Mitchell. Greeted on arrival and checked on by multiple staff as we walked around the store. Staff were informative and answered all questions we had about fabric options, sizing of lounge seats and delivery time. We visited twice before making a final decision and staff recalled our first visit. Liked that we could pay it off while waiting for delivery. Highly recommend Nick Scali Kotara!

Excellent service. Huge range of lounges and furniture to fill our media room.
We had never shopped at Nick Scali before and we were so pleasantly surprised by what they had.
The salesman Matthew was super helpful and found us everything we were after. Can't complain about the excellent prices with the huge sale on.
What really surprised us was we are told not only do they deliver, but included in the delivery price, they install and assemble all components.
Now that's service.

I was hesitant at first to buy anything from Nick Scali due to reviews, but we fell in love with the lounge we were looking at. Daniel our salesman was knowledgeable, honest and polite. The delivery went flawless! Bashar was awesome. Not all delivery guys are the same. Unfortunately some will give N.S a bad name. I'd recommend Kotara store.

I had an overall positive experience. My wife and I were warmly greeted and served by Gary at Kotara branch in December 2017. He was patient to listen to our needs.

Promotion during that time was fantastic as we had 50% off on our white sofa and coffee table.

Delivery was on our promised date, we wanted our furnitures to be delivered to our newly built home 2 months after our purchase in store. Unfortunately our sofa didnt fit through our staircase as our staircase was narrow. Coincidentally there was a construction going on in our site and we borrowed one of their "machine" to lift our sofa to our balcony. It was funny we had alot of helping hand that includes site manager, other constructions guys and Nick Scali delivery guys too (one of them had a sense of humour so that's a bonus point)!

Overall our nick scali experience was great!

When I entered the store at Kotara I was impressed with the overall presentation.
I was soon approached by a sales person named Gary. After a few questions, he had an idea of what I was looking for.
With his calmness and knowledge I felt confident with purchasing a lounge from Nick Scali.
